   I’m so glad they changed the pits from the triangles to the new flatbread shape. It’s even better than before. Everything is perfection.

   Very cool atmosphere and great food. It was my best friend’s retirement dinner, they were very so happy and impressed with the foods. Highly recommended.

   Great experience for lunch! Sat on the patio. Ali was our server, he was attentive and very active on the floor. Service was a bit slower than expected but still a great experience. The 24k Spritz was an incredible Zero Proof option. Baba Kofte pita was very flavorful, chip extremely fresh! Will be returning.

   An excellent dining experience primarily because of the top notch service provided by our server, Titon. I’ve been to Istanbul Hawaii several times in the past, but it’s been awhile since I’ve last dined here. I must admit that Titon’s service exceeded my expectations and provided the type of service that you would expect from a Michelin Star restaurant!! Mahalo nui loa!!

   The craft cocktails here are layered, refreshing, and thoughtfully composed. The mezes are just as impressive, offering creative touches that honor tradition while bringing new flavors to the table. It is rare to find a place where both the food and drinks are crafted with such flavors and imagination. We are already planning our next visit.

   Fresh, well prepared and delicious in every way with unusual offerings and flavors and a warm vibe and attentive, focused service. Now on my list of must do’s whenever I’m in Honolulu.

   What a truly charming and innovative restaurant! Brunch was incredible, every dish reflected such thoughtful creativity. I have to say, the Çılbır was unforgettable. At first, I didn’t think I would care much for a yogurt-based dish, but after trying it, I truly wished I had ordered it myself. It was unbelievably good. The cocktails were also some of the best I’ve had anywhere. I can’t wait to return and explore more.

    The mezes here are so fresh, creative, and full of life. Every dish feels like it was made just for you. And the künefe? Absolutely perfect. Crispy, melty, just the right amount of sweet. But honestly, the cocktails deserve just as much love — some of the best I’ve had anywhere, not just in Honolulu. If you’re coming here, plan ahead and don't drive — you’ll want to try more than one. This place is the real deal.
