OpenTable 編集部より： This three time Hale 'Aina Award-winning spot, one of the rare Turkish restaurants in all of Hawaii, comes from mother and daughter duo Nili Yildirim and Ahu Hettema, who recreate foods from their homeland. Go for the meze platters that look like works of art filled with dips, phyllo pastries, and sourdough pide and pair it with larger plates of local seafood and lamb chops all served in a a rustic space filled with colorful tagines and hanging herbs. Round out your meal with one of the exciting Mediterranean-inspired cocktails.

    Overall an excellent restaurant. We ate at the bar, recieved awesome personal attention from Angela our bartender and waitress, the food was served quickly and most importantly, the food was top level great. The restaurant has a great vibe and Istanbul is now one of our favorite places in Honolulu.

    Went here for the second time, for Mother’s Day. We had the meze platter, shrimp pasta & wagyu. Top it off with Hatay Kunefe and chocolate ice cream… the bomb 💣. We all will be returning .

    Food was good, service excellent. To no fault of the restaurant, a crying baby contributed to some stressed noise level but ignored it the best we could.

    We had a fantastic experience throughout. The decor and ambience was lovely, the service was friendly and exceptional. Every food item was delicious, from the warm bread and hummus to the salad, rice and skewers that were wonderfully tender and perfectly seasoned.

    Good food. The lamb shank was particularly good. Interesting cocktails. Lots of options for gluten free! Friendly service. Highly recommend reservations, especially on a weekend. Patio is dog-friendly.

    The menu has drastically changed but the food was good. The experience was heightened by the awesome waitress. I wish I had her name but she was so poised and amazing.
