   Fantastic food and atmosphere. Farm to table food that’s paired perfectly by server. I was impressed by the service and politeness of the employees. Definitely recommend this place. The presentation of each plate is very unusual but that’s what makes it fun and enjoyable.

   I had come here before with a group of friends. I brought my husband because I thought he would really enjoy the meal. We enjoyed all the appetizers for the wine tasting menu. The main dish steak was pretty Bad. Lots of fat in the meat, which was supposed to be Wagyu, which should be a cut of meat. The restaurant staff was extremely accommodating for our poor quality of food. Eventually, they gave us our entire meal for free. That speaks volumes for the quality of food there serving. I know the table next to us also had issues with the quality of their steak. This restaurant needs to up the quality of their steaks and their food or they’re not gonna stay in business.

   Excellent food, service and presentation, from appetizer to dessert by far the best at the Pearl (and possibly San Antonio). Thank you.

   Loved the ambience and the service. They have two different tartares that were ok, the beef one was underwhelming. There was nothing to put the tartare on. You just dip it out with a spoon… We also got a 20 ounce steak, but the cut wasn’t very great super fatty. I feel like they could learn something from Bliss. Nothing wrong with the service or the ambience. I just think that tartare belongs on something not just dipped with a spoon straight to the mouth. and if the steak is that expensive maybe more meat less fat. Also tiny menu.

   The wait staff was excellent. There was no wait time before being seated. The food was absolutely superb. My wife had the Wagyu ribeye and we both agreed that it was the best steak we’ve ever tasted. I had the Red Snapper and it was cooked to perfection. The liquor/wine menu was the most extensive we’ve ever seen. The bread was delicious, made from a 10 yr old sourdough starter. It was without a doubt one of our most unique dining experiences in 45 years of marriage. We would unequivocally recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you for a beautiful evening.

    Took my lady here and she really enjoyed Isidore and the whole experience. We will definitely be back again soon.
