Great Hakkasan experience although, being 3 attendants, maybe the amount of some of the dishes was in the frontier of scarceness. The hake was one small uncut piece for the three of us, and we had to try our best salomonical skills. The Dubai legacy could be seen on the unnecessary gold leaves wich crowned a great Wagyu, but excepr such details, the meal was really a worthy experience.

It’s been a while since we have been so pleasantly surprised by the food. It was excellent- and we lived in Japan 5 years. Service was also attentive and considerate. Will return on our next trip to Madrid. Bravo!

Uno de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad sin duda. Hace tiempo que no tenía un servicio de tanta calidad. Era un día muy importante para mi y todo el servicio se volcó. La comida espectacular, el local inmejorable, calidad/precio muy buena. Dentro de que su coste mdi oestá por encima de la media, no conozco ningún restaurante con esta calidad y estos precios. Muy recomendable. Ya es uno de los imprescindibles de la ciudad.

Cenar en el Four Seasons de Madrid es un autentico privilegio una pena que no estuviera abierta todas las zonas del restaurante como la red room, que tiene las mejores vistas de gran vía. por lo general esta todo muy cuidado y el ambiente es fantástico. Pedimos el menú degustación de 68€ persona y la verdad la calidad y el producto es buena, pero comparado con otros restaurantes fusión japoneses de madrid no es lo mas sorprendente ni lo mejor. Las cantidades son lo normal estan bien y no te quedas con hambre pero calidad precio y elaboración de platos deja bastante que desear. El servicio es excelente todos los trabajadores son muy atentos y la parte de coctelería fue la mejor sin duda. Lo recomendaría pero no pediría el menu no merece la pena.

Absolutely incredible restaurant and would dine here again! The food was absolutely spectacular, and the service was brilliant, an outstanding. Ambiente cuidado e íntimo. Calidad de la comida, buena, pero no acorde con el precio. El tartar de atún sobre arroz crujiente esta muy por debajo del nivel. En cuanto al resto de platos que pedimos: croquetas de quisquillas, gyozas, bao y costilla, correcto pero se espera un punto más por el precio que pagas. Comparado con otros japoneses de La Capital, está está por debajo, calidad precio. Atención, correcta. Atentos. Pedimos una botella de sake y al servir una de las veces en la copa se cayó y el camarero tuvo el detalle de invitarnos al postre. Me pareció un gran detalle. A la hora de servir el sake, por el precio que cobran, deben tener más cuidado a la hora de servirlo pro que en la mayoría de las veces, se les sale.

Hands down one of the best experiences in Madrid. Service was magnificent. Miguel, the head bartender, gave us a tour of their cocktail lab and the rest of the dining facilities. Comida muy buena, servicio muy bueno, pero demasiado caro para la calidad del producto. En muchos otros asiáticos de calidad se come igual de bien por un precio bastante inferior y raciones con más cantidad.
