   Great food and a lot of it. Awesome ambience. Steaks were cooked just right. Side dishes were very large and we could’ve shared one. The blackberry cheese cake was not only a great presentation but my wife raved about how good it was.

   They steak was burnt the broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way. The waitress came to our table one time to fill our glass of tea. It took one hour and something to get our food.

   Restaurant opens at 5, by the time we ordered at 5:35, there were no more specials (pork chop) available as “the chef only made a few” on MOTHERS DAY! There was no chicken cordon brie, “decided not to make it that day” my mother just ordered a salad, I ordered the French onion soup (we can’t eat beef) never got either the salad or soup, instead the server “found” 2 chicken Parmesan and brought those instead, horribly prepared with bland canned spaghetti sauce and a frozen fried chicken patty, that was still cold in the center. YUCK! On the positive side, we got in on time, the restaurant atmosphere is good, the drinks were good. But that’s it, even tried to call the restaurant to speak to someone, they “don’t do that” according to the person that answered. Our Mother’s Day dinner was ruined. Never again!!

   Our reservations were at 5 pm as soon as the restaurant opened. Lots of other people were also gathered, most saying they also had 5pm reservations. We started with a bit of confusion because no one knew where to go and no one was directing diners. Eventually it got worked out, it just seemed to be a bit unprofessional way to start our experience . Our waiter Jared was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We had the salmon and petit filet. Salmon was excellent, filet was very good. Sides of baked potatoes and asparagus were great. Dessert portion was huge-wish we had shared! Tiramisu was very good. Overall, a very nice dinner. I would recommend for a special occasion.

   After we ordered it took over an hour to receive our food and it tasted very bland. Our steaks were burned and very well done. We had asked for Medium Rare. We were told they were short staffed in the kitchen by the hostess. I would not recommend this place.

   Overall wonderful experience. The restaurant is beautiful. The wait staff are knowledgeable and helpful. High end steakhouse prices, it is in a casino after all. But the food is well worth the money.

   It has been very good on the past. But this time? First steak was great as aways. Second service was terrible. He had to be new employee. We order sides with steaks and he brought out different side option than what we ordered with our steaks because they were out of what we ordered. Waiter should’ve told us earlier than when our steak came out that they didn’t have what we ordered. If I wanted another option let me pick it. Also, when ordering our meal we asked a couple questions and he said I don’t know. Well can you find out please? Okay, then no response to our question. So we just ordered and moved on without appetizer. Service has been top notch in the past and we told everyone about it. Unfortunately not this time

    We had a great time, but was really disappointed that there was no chicken available and after prime rib was ordered, was told there was no prime rib. Could not drink the ice tea that I ordered, because the glass smelled like it had been washed in lake water. Overall was disappointed. We had a great server that was very patient with us.

    The smell of the smokers in the adjacent casino was overwhelming in the restaurant. The service was unprofessional for the type of restaurant that they are trying to portray. The ambiance was awful. Not worth the money.

    I was looking for a fine dining venue. As the restaurant got busier we were not attended to very often. The restaurant did not respond to request for birthday on Open Table. The waiter when told at delivery of check not itemized by the way then told us to come back to get the take home cheese cake. Overall I won’t return for the price didn’t match the ambience factor.

    This is a tough review to write. First of all, the steaks we ordered were very, very good -- as they were the first time we visited. However, our server, despite his best efforts, seemed hampered by the bar and kitchen. Portions of our order took too long to come out -- one of us ordered a salad and it didn't come out until after we were nearly done with our meals (my wife had decided just forego asking for it). As well, her steak came out undercooked to what she asked for -- the edges were still good, she said. The cocktails were good -- but one took a long time to come out for one of the party. We are quite fond of our server -- he took are of us the first time we were there, remembered us and where we sat. I think he might be leaving the restaurant though because of the frustrations he has.

    This was actually a lot of fun! Not too noisy, excellent service, Irons Burger was absolute perfection. Grilled & chilled shrimp was also excellent. Decent bourbon selection. Pretty interesting mixed drinks. They forgot one of mine but it was no problem getting it removed from the bill. Highly recommend giving it a try!

    The food was great and the server was nice. The problem with the restaurant is the cigarette smoke that you are subjected to while dining. There was no smoking inside the actual restaurant, but the smoke from the casino area is so heavy that it ruins the dining experience. I would be hesitant to return for this issue alone.

    We had the house salad, 6oz filet and the roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Every time we go this is what we get. The steak is always cooked perfect and it’s so tender it melts in your mouth the roasted garlic mashed potatoes are to die for they are incredible delicious. I have told many friends about how fantastic your food is. The service is top notch. We will be back and soon!

    Food was delicious. Prime Rib done just right, sides great, especially the asparagus. Drinks were quick and ac c uraye. Our did a great job. We drive frequently from Nolensville for dinner at the Irons and it is well worth it!

    We had a great experience. We had heard that the food was exceptional but thought “could that really be the case in Franklin? In a casino?” Oh my goodness! It was amazing! First of all, walking into the restaurant is unlike anything in this area. We were greeted promptly and seated in a booth that was plated like a high-end restaurant in any major city. Our server, Richard, was very courteous and knowledgeable. We started with two amazing drinks. We had the alcoholic peach tea and their version of the smoky old-fashion. Possibly the best old-fashion I’ve ever experienced. The bread was served warm with butter infused with a spice—I think it was basil. It was delicious. We were going to get stuffed mushrooms but they were out, so we went on to entrees. We opted for the prime rib which comes with two shareable sides—we chose asparagus and truffle Mac and cheese as well as the filet. Richard was extremely helpful in helping guide us. When our food arrived we were overwhelmed with how wonderful the presentation was as well as how delicious everything was as well. The prime rib just can’t be beat. Neither steak was served with a steak knife and didn’t need to be! The asparagus was so good we ate all of it—even down to the stalk. It was huge! The Mac and cheese is not your typical Mac and cheese, it’s kind of sweet with a crust on it and served in a carafe of sorts. Very good! We topped everything off with the bananas foster which was also just amazing! A mix of ice cream, caramel sauce, cinnamon crisp and banana—just spectacular! Our whole meal was $100. Completely reasonable for everything we consumed and the outstanding quality and service!

    The bread was OK the garlic butter that came with it wasn't that good. The stuff mushrooms were great. The steak was fantastic. The mashed potatoes was just mediocre. The atmosphere was very Pleasant and the staff was amazing.
