We have been long-time Iron Hill customers and had dinner there last night with our daughter. We did not have a good experience. The server barely allowed us to answer her questions before she left the table (my husband was planning to order a beer twice but she left the table before he had the chance). They were out of the special (7:20pm) prime rib (did not learn of that until after we placed the order and the server came back w/o a menu) so my husband asked for the menu and then ordered the steak tips special. They arrived well done (she did not ask for temp), there were only a few pieces and one was gristly, one carrot was raw. My daughter ordered steak frites. The steak was tough, not cooked to MR, did not come w “shoestring” frites as listed on the menu, and had a weird- tasting butter on the steak. My tuna bowl was okay. Our table was very wobbly (even with the stack of coasters under one of the feet) and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. We will not be back.

We really didn’t have a good experience. The server wanted to be anywhere else. A worker dropped a glass somewhere out of sight and a decent size piece ricocheted all the way to our booth and hit me in the shoulder. Nobody really liked what they ordered which included two people getting the Sunday prime rib special which was the reason we came. It was not a good piece of meat. I got the same drink twice and the second one was a much different tasting drink than the first. Very quiet with hardly anyone there on a Sunday. We would not return here.

This was my first time at the iron hill brewery in wilmington. I really came for the ambience because I kinda compare it this location to the newark location. I did like our server he was just very patient so shout to him. I forgot his name but i did have a birthday cake last night and he made me feel special for my birthday. Drinks was on point i would come back for the strawberry lemonade drops fasure and same with the sweet wine my friend ask for as well. Which our SERVER recommend as well. The food was lil mid in my opinion and I feel like it should have been better. I got the Morocco salmon and mine was warm while my friend got the same thing but hers was hotter. Then my partner got the burger but everything was on the burger but the description of the burger did not say that on the menu so the burger wasn’t the best in her opinion. Last thing about the food, one of the co- server was so soft talking that we couldn’t heard him. It was kinda a mixing up with the Caesar salad and then they brought it back and it was half of the salad with the original salad was. That was didn’t make sense to me. Finally, after calling a few times at this location I was told different things about my reservation, about bringing a knife for my cake and and also my timing of my reservation. - Awesome kids menu - great lawn for kids to run around on - I went out on a limb and for the poke and it was nothing special and really lacking flavor. - kids and husband got pizza and it was very good

This was my first and it will be my last time dining at this restaurant. It was very hot inside the restaurant and it was not very clean. My family table was dirty and wet where they sat us at. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Also the waitress was not tentative nor polite to us. Once our food came alot of things were wrong. My husband has food allergies and asked for no jalapenos, however it was jalapenos underneath his shrimp tacos which caused him to choke severely. I had that entree removed from our check because he no longer felt safe eating here. My granddaughter chicken tenders were fried to hard and dry. My oldest daughters ribs was dry. And my youngest daughter ask for no jam mix on her salmon and it still had it on there. The waitress never came back to our table to check on us once she brung us our food. We had to flag her down multiple times. When we did finally call her to the table for the check she was rude as if we were a bother to her. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant. WE WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!

We stopped at Iron Hill Brewery while traveling through and we were so happy with our experience there! It was the perfect place to eat and recharge with our 3 young children in tow. A lively and energetic restaurant, amazing food and drink menu. Everyone in our party was pleased. Also our server was phenomenal!

Very noisy,,,hard to talk among our party ... seated in upstairs patio. The crab sandwich was terrible. Not a hint of backfin lump crabmeat!
