I do not think the servers are getting enough support and understaffed is pretty clear. It was not great pre-pandemic and it is worse now. Food is always good...maybe they need to up the wages and ge tsome help in there. thanks!

                                                                                                    1st time in a restaurant since Covid. 4 old friends, all “seniors”, hadn’t seen each other in some time. We got a booth (as requested) 👍🏻. Our reservation was for a Monday night @ 5:30, so it wasn’t crowded. Our waitress was delightful & everyone’s meal was very good.

                                                                                                    Service was terrible! Our server was never around and we could see her standing in the kitchen area. We waited almost 15 minutes for ketchup and by the time she even came so we could ask for it, our food was cold. My husband's entree came out about 15-20 minutes after everyone else's. We had to ask for plates and napkins after our appetizers came out, and we couldn't find our server and had to flag another server down.

The appetizers arrived after the entree, and our server could have been a bit more attentive (he didn't take our beer order until well into the meal), but it was still a lovely night out to dinner.

                                                                                                    Food and drinks were delicious, as always. Unfortunately we only had one drink each as our server took our order and didn’t return until we were all done dinner. In the meantime, we could see her chatting with her coworkers during our entire meal. Disappointing as we would have had another round of drinks and she would have had a larger tip. We dine here frequently and it is rare to have this kind of experience.
