   The food was great! We were a party of four and started with nachos (added chicken), followed by two pizzas, a burger, and a chicken sandwich. My burger was delicious, and the fries were a standout. The service, however, was odd. Our server seemed out of it. She would ask if we wanted refills then disappear for extraordinary amounts of time, bringing them after another server had taken care of us. Also randomly gave us coasters at the end of our meal. I don’t remember her name, but I had Tim last time and he was fantastic.

   Experience seems to have gone downhill in the last year or so. Service is off the mark or the food isn’t what it used to be. Tonight, service was not only slow but a chicken cobb salad arrived with no chicken or egg. The chicken was added after pointing it out but we were told there were no eggs in the house. No goodwill adjustment was made either for the omissions.

   Delicious food! Pub burger was great, peach margarita was so good. Service was excellent!

   We normally enjoy our time at Iron Hill, not sure what was going on tonight, but just at our table, my soup order forgotten (was removed from bill), grandsons order of chicken fingers took forever, came after we all started eating and halfway through our meals, daughter ordered hamburger with a side salad no fries and came with fries no salad. Amends were made but with that many errors on 1 table isn't good for business. Could have just been an off night - hoping the process gets figured out because we do like going there either for lunch or an early dinner.

   Iron Hill is one of our favorite restaurants. Apparently a favorite of much of Media, PA, too. It was the end of Restaurant Week in Media, apparently, so Iron Hill was especially noisy. Service didn’t suffer nor did the quality of the food; both were excellent. My husband had the OMG BLT and I had the Green Pepper burger; both were splendid. Because of the noise, however, we asked for my husband’s dessert “to go” so we could enjoy it in the quiet of our home.

   Accommodated my request that we be seated in a certain area. Over the top excellent waiter. Food was great, service was great, family friendly place.

    I was very disappointed in the food quality at IHB-Media location. The salmon cake was very undercooked small and did not contain any of the flavors that was described in the menu. My husband got wings they looked and tasted like frozen wings very undercooked and lacked flavor. The nachos presentation wise looked great however they used sliced cheese that was barely melted and the guacamole was brown and had a tangy taste as if it was about to expire. Lastly the broccolini it looked and tasted as if they took it out of boiled water sat on the plate, it had not one ounce of seasoning. I was truly disappointed and I would never return to that location.
