Come enjoy the finest dining experience in the Finger Lakes! From our food to our service we guarantee you will leave looking forward to your next visit. Enjoy a cocktail next to one of our firepits with a gorgeous view of Cayuga Lake or sit next to the two-story outdoor fireplace. This historic Victorian mansion has spectacular views overlooking Cayuga Lake. We use a variety of local, fresh ingredients in our dishes all carefully designed and curated. We are pleased to offer a diverse menu and daily specials. Inn at Taughannock Falls is located just seven miles from Ithaca, in the heart of the Finger Lakes.     Mother's Day Brunch offers the most picturesque setting for celebrating the special person in your life who has cared for you and helped you chart your course. Our menu is crafted with sweetness and charm, and features dishes selected for their hints of home and memory. The estate is alive in May, and you should plan to spend time together on the deck overlooking Cayuga Lake, or in the garden among the fire features and flower beds. Enjoy a mimosa, take a picture, or just enjoy time together. Brunch will be held from 11AM-3PM on May 11th, 2025. We encourage you to call for bookings and instructions.

    Food was very mediocre, especially for price point. Tastes like wedding banquet food. Extremely loud party of young Chinese women marred an otherwise lovely space. Views and service were wonderful.

    We went for an afternoon Easter brunch, prix fixe menu at $65pp plus 20% gratuity. Sadly, one of the four starters was no longer available, as well as one dessert. Our lovely waitress let us know right away and said we could get something else for dessert and that ended up not to be true. We ordered lamb, eggs and au gratin potatoes for two of us and the filet, poached egg w hollandaise, and the same potatoes. Portions were very small to a point you wouldn’t even know there were eggs on the plate. Lamb was overdone when asked for medium rare. The filet was butter - to die for honestly. All in all the meal was fine, but very small and so many options were missing that the $350 for 3 ppl was excessive. We will be looking elsewhere for nice meals going forward. Lovely view though!!

    What a disappointment! Overbooked, understaffed , and tasteless options for a vegetarian.

    Hi Suzanne, I'm very sorry you didn't enjoy your vegetarian options on Thanksgiving. Next time you are disappointed by the entree, please feel free to let my restaurant manager know so she can ask the kitchen to create something special that would enjoy. I'd rather make you happy during dinner than read about it on our only negative review Thanksgiving review on-line. Thanksgiving is one of the most travelled day or the year, it's safe to say, all restaurant we're at capacity for this holiday each season. A full house is to be expected.     We celebrated my husband’s Bday while watching the beautiful moonlight over the lake at our window table. Delicious plank salmon and curried cod. Katherine, and all the wait staff were impeccable. Topped with a creamy key lime pie and a cheesecake. Will return again when they open in the spring.

    Food is great. Drinks/cocktails are solid, some are bit pricey but there’s enough options to get what you like at a decent price. The servers are very polite and friendly. The little bar room is nice and cozy too

    Another wonderful dinner at the Inn. Our server was terrific. She really made the evening extra enjoyable. The food was delicious. We'll be back.
