   We made a reservation and it was just a bar. Music was incredibly loud. We couldn’t find out if there was an actual table reserved with the reservation or not. It was difficult to hear. We just grabbed a drink and enjoyed the views. Views 10/10. Bartender said food was all downstairs. At least one of the elevators had a broken button that wouldn’t go up to the rooftop bar.

   Nice views. Great place to hang out. The drinks were not strong. Does not accept open table reservations right now & they don't sell food.

   It was permanently closed when we got there. We weren't notified at all prior to arriving with our large party.

   i had a reservation ar 10:30pm and they charged me $40 to keep the spot, but when we went they were closed. no refund.

   Although it allows for brunch reservations for Sunday, it was closed. No one could explain why it was closed or if it was supposed to be open. It was an awful experience having to Uber there for a birthday brunch and to discover it was closed. The staff as rude and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience.

   We originally booked for a event but prior to us arriving we were notified that the even was cancel and the money we paid would be used on drinks . Our waiter was ok but the food was great and the drinks were great .

    We had a reservation and when we were seated it was In plain room, no music playing, no menus, place setting etc. After sitting for about 15 minutes I walked to the bar and figured there was no table service. Was told at the bar that they had a big reservation order and that ordering at the bar was not possible at that time unless I wanted to wait. I told the bartender I had a table reservation and she said someone would come take my order since reservations got priority table service. 30 minutes later nobody came. We got up to leave because we were never given even waters or menus. We were stopped by a kind employee on the way out asking was everything okay. I told her we'd been sitting forever with no service ans couldn't order at the bar. She had me write my name and number down before we left but I never heard anything. This place is 1000% a tourist trap for instagram. I wish I could have canceled the reservation and saved the time and uber ride. Negative stars.

    Service was TERRIBLE and the place looks nothing like the pictures online. We kept joking we got catfished by this place because the pictures online were so cute and the actual place was boring and sterile. When we finally got our drinks after being there for 30 minutes they were abysmal. Would absolutely not recommend.
