With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.

Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.

He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

When we were looking at reviews for Infini, we ran across one hero who said something to the effect of "my mouth is still trying to figure out what happened." This was exactly our experience. My wife and I have dined at Michelin Star restaurants all over the world, and we both agreed that Infini was hands down our favorite. Each course was more creative than the last, and the wine pairings were spectacular. Just keep in mind that there are 8.5 courses and almost as many wine pairings, so go hungry and thirsty! We had a few other chef's table experiences booked for Aruba, but none came even close to measuring up to our experience at Infini. Book this with confidence!!! One note... the venue is a tad difficult to see from where taxis drop off. Once you get dropped off and walk through the open-air section between two buildings, take the path to the left and loop around the pool. Infini is right there :)

Food was amazing, preparation excellent, staff was very professional. I did have an issue as I wanted to share a half-pairings instead of doing two separate half pairings but the staff worked it out for us. Definitely would recommend stopping here on your Aruba visit. See photos below!

Wow. What an incredible experience. We were blown away by the flavors and the creativity. The service was impeccable and the entire experience was so thoughtful and inspired. We would highly recommend this if you’re a foodie and/or like trying new things.

Had an amazing experience! We got the 8 course with wine pairing and everything was exquisite. Worth every penny! Service was very attentive and we were blown away by the attention to detail every plate received. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was lively but not noisy. Perfect for couples, a small group or even solo diners. Would go again next time we’re in Aruba :)

Each dish is a work of art. Staff is super nice. A great communal dining experience - we met lovely people at our table. Wine pairing was great, but we doubt the Somm was a true Somm as he could only give the pitch on each wine and couldn't answer any other questions. The 2 downsides - the 'lounge' furniture is old and torn. And they take you inside as the sun just starts to set (let us enjoy the sunset!!).
