Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

Along with an elevated culinary experience and exceptional service, vibrant yet alluring ambiance under the stars defines this dining experience.

    The chef greeted us and spent time explaining the menu. That was very nice and totally unexpected. We both ordered steaks as this was a milestone birthday celebration. They were cooked as ordered and came with mashed potatoes and an onion ring. I wish we had ordered a vegetable side. We sat outside and every seat was filled by 7:30 so it was quite noisy and tables are close together. We ordered a coconut ice cream which came decorated for our celebration. With wine, our table was $300. Probably the best meal we had and much better than Blue Bistro which has a water view. We also had a good Grouoer sandwich at the Pink Bar which is also waterfront.

    Incredible!! The chef, Andrew, stopped by our table and made us feel welcomed. The food was delicious with a fantastic presentation

    Indigo was everything we had hoped it would be. Beautiful surroundings, excellent food and attentive staff. Chef introduced himself and offered background information regarding the seafood offerings that interested us. The crab cake appetizer can be easily shared. The Mahi Mahi entree was so fresh and tasty. House made biscoff ice cream was the perfect ending. Highly recommend.

    The food was great, but the service/server was dreadful, unfortunately. Slow, brought the wrong drink/food items multiple times, we asked for more water twice - it never came. The chef is incredibly good at what it does and it shows in the food - but service is everything. I would still recommend coming to this restaurant all in all.

    We went on a recommendation and weren’t disappointed. The food is outstanding, the setting just perfect. We went on a busy Saturday night and the place was buzzing and for good reason. Highly recommended!

    Indigo does not disappoint!!! This is our favorite restaurant on the island. The culinary creations, ambiance and service are all impeccable! Love it

    First, let me say the atmosphere is outstanding. We dined outside and there was a singer, who added to the dining experience. The food was also great, but the atmosphere made the experience really outstanding. I would highly recommend.
