I've never been a fan of buffet, but it's inexpensive and the kids were hungry. I liked the variety including South Indian items as well as the old standybys like Tandoori chicken, but it was a small buffet and much of it was too spicy for my little one, so it was very limiting. Also, some things just don't sit around well, like bhatura which can be light and fluffy when fresh. The first batch of chicken was dry, the second much better, so if you think that arriving early gets you fresher food, think again. The palak paneer was really tasty, but we're not coming back just for that.
Great food and great service ..staff was very attentive and very friendly. I really like the buffet and the ability to experience many different types of Indian food
The waiter couldn’t understand my order. I wanted a substitution, and since they don’t have a no-substitution policy, it seemed reasonable. He spoke to the cook, who apparently said ok, but then when he brought the dish, it was not what I ordered so I told him to take it back and bring me what I ordered. When he brought it back, the cook had simply added a sauce to the same dish he had prepared before. While the food was edible, it was strange, not what I asked for, and I would never go back.
Nice buffet selection of well-prepared foods. One exception-iceberg was the only lettuce for salad. Table service was frequent and efficient.
They are very busy. I told the staff I had used Open Table to make a reservation and they acted as if they had never heard of Open Table.
They kept asking if I had called them to place my reservation..Other than that, the food is wonderful and well worth the price. They work hard to make sure you have a positive dining experience. I will return again for lunch.
