   My food was excellent, but the pancakes my wife had were average, maybe this is because they sat on the pass for 10 mins waiting on my food. The group seated next to us were really loud, we know this is not the restaurants fault but it kind of spoilt our meal. Nothing from today would prevent us dining at Indaco again

   The hostesses, servers and bartenders were all just as nice as could be. They were helpful and just plain excellent at their job. We had a person with a major food allergy in our party, and the staff were so accommodating. The kitchen even made this person’s entree separately out of an abundance of caution. And the food was DELICIOUS! I cannot wait to return.

   This restaurant was highly recommended to me, so I will admit that my expectations were high. We were seated immediately and given water quickly. It then took at least 15 minutes before our server came to take our drink order. Because we had so much time to look at the menu, we asked a few questions, then went ahead and ordered our food as well. We never received our drinks until 10 minutes after our food was placed on the table. My daughter had ordered a side dish of roasted carrots, and those did not come out with her main dish. It took us another 10-15 minutes to get the attention of our server to remind them about the carrots. It was just constant missteps like this for the entire dinner. The manager came to ask us if everything was going well, and we told him that there had been several missteps but that the food was good. He just kind of shrugged and said he was sorry, and then he walked away. He didn't ask for details or ask what had gone wrong. Why ask if you don't want to know about your guest's experience? The saving grace was the food. It was sincerely delicious. I'm not sure if I would go back. This was my daughter's graduation dinner, and I wanted it to be special, but it just was not a good experience with the restaurant's service.

   The staff contacted me for more details after I indicated this was an anniversary celebration. When we went to our table, there was a card signed by the staff and a bag of treats to take on our next hike (one of the details I shared with them). This was only the beginning of a lovely dinner—the service, the drinks, the meal, the dessert made our celebration one to remember. Thanks, Indaco.

   The customer service and food were both outstanding - From the time we walked in and were greeted by Matthew the mood was set. Matthew acknowledged our reservation, welcomed me back and was by far the kindest Manager I have ever interacted with. We had the pleasure of having Luke as our server/bartender and he did not disappoint. He took the time to explain the concept of the restaurant to my sister who was a newbie and also shared the new items on the menu. I love that there is something for everyone’s taste – I cannot wait to return.

   Excellent experience. Such a perfect combination of great food and an incredible atmosphere. No better place to eat Al fresco. Service was also outstanding. Highly recommend!

    Anyone who has been to Indaco..knows this place rocks. Consistently spot on! This says a lot from a foodie in a city full of foodie places...it stands tall. Cliff
