Food was very overpriced and underwhelming. Restaurant looked tired. Service wasn’t great. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Far too expensive and not worth it at all.

Really not as impressed as I hoped, I came a few years ago and the food was much better, the sushi was good but the other taps was average at best and really expensive. £16 for a small plate of noodles is far too much

Food was over priced.
Food came out cold and had to be sent back.
Poor service and then was charged an additional £8 for a service charge which they were unwilling to take off!

Been here before and had a fantastic time. Upon returning the service was AWFUL. Clearly the staff had no idea what was on the menu as we ordered three different meals, none of which were available! The only saviour was the manager who was very apologetic. Even so our meals took over an hour to arrive and it took 1hr 30mins for them to tell us our other courses were not coming, despite the repeated requests! Get some new staff!!!!
The food that did arrive was delicious, shame that the talented chefs were let down by the appalling staff.

We arrived half an hour early, and the place was empty, we were told we would have to leave in an hour and a half. They would not seat us a bit early and give us the the extra time. The food was good. We told the waitress that I am vegetarian, but my friend is not. But when our sushami arrived my vegetarian one was served on the same plate as the non veg. Which was disappointing. But overall had a good time.

I would most definitely recommend Inamo restaurant just maybe not the SoHo branch. Food/deal was amazing but the staff and service here are not the best. There is also no where to sit for a drink while you wait for your table to be ready and was made to sit out on the stair case while they prepared this. We were then put downstairs out the way so took a while for the waiter to come. When they did come, one lady dropped the dish down my partners back and did not apologise, simply picked the food off of him and walked off

For the price and quality of food it was great. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options in the tapas dishes which was brilliant as we had a 50/50 split of vegetarians/omnivores.

The sushi was served at room temperature, not cold. The rice was overcooked.
Not very good. Really disappointed with the food.

Whilst the food was really good, the service was so slow. You order your food/drink yourself so I don’t really know why everything took so long! Something I ordered first came out last and I had to ask where it was. The waiter went off to ask but never came back so I had to get someone else. The food is really expensive and then they add on a service charge, you don’t have to pay it but think it’s a bit presumptuous considering the waitstaff don’t do much!

Gimmick of ordering food electronically from table outweighed by disappointing food, problems with our order, dissatisfaction on leaving and wishing we had picked somewhere else to take our guests.

Food was below average with a posh price tag. Drinks weren’t cold, food wasn’t hot. And the screens which are supposed to be the highlight were glitchy and slow and frustrating to use.

Amazing restaurant. Interactive menu is good, food is amazing. The set menu package with unlimited beer or wine is perfect, you can order as many dishes as you like off the menu via the interactive menu on the table, the beer is good too!

Went to Inamo for anniversary dinner and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the shrimp and the dragon roll. They even presented us with a special dessert for our anniversary which was really sweet. The interactive table is cool too. Definitely going back.

We visited for a special occasion. Two adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. The whole idea of doing the ordering on your table, choosing drinks, seeing what your food will look like and then watching the kitchen prepare is great. You can choose your own table cover and play games. This did not stop us from eating and chatting as the food was very, very good. Wendy served us, explained all and made it very special. She is a great asset to Inamo. All food was great but special mention to the bang bang cauliflower and the Dragon roll.

The table technology and no printed menu means you have to use a sort of mouse to access a menu in the table surface and drag and drop your chosen dishes or drinks into your basket then remember to actually order it. It wasn’t easy to use and once the table is covered with plates it’s impossible to actually see the table and order more things. Very odd. Didn’t enhance the otherwise decent food experience.

It was an okay experience but the service wasn’t the best. Some of the food was excellent (sweet chilli prawn, gyoza and a Sichuan chicken) but some areas were a miss (Korean fried chicken wings and the sashimi sharing platter). It’s a good thing to try once as the tables were fun but it isn’t something I would run back to again with the price of the food and service considered.

The technology was incredibly cool and the service was quick, waiters replied to your every need. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not high at all, I only enjoyed a couple of the many things I ordered and the noise level was very high, this could be improved by turning down the volume of the music.

First visit; took a while to get the hang of the technology, very charming waitress who was most helpful and food was full of taste and well presented. Finding noodles anywhere on the electronic menu escaped us although no doubt we could have asked. Ideal for kids undoubtedly as long as they don't order things without parental knowledge??

Waited at our table for 10 minutes before someone came over to activate it, I had to go and get them to do so. Food was over priced for the size you got but was tasty.
Charged for tap water because it was in a glass bottle??

Interactive table was a great concept and quite novel when I visited some years ago particularly as the technology was new then. A little outdated now using a touch mouse to trawl through menu which was slow and not too easy

Food was really tasty but expensive compared to surrounding restaurants.

Food came out quickly but interactive request for assistance didn’t result in anyone coming to help.

I don’t like a service charge being added to the bill automatically or a planting a tree tax.

Great concept but probably needs a tech refresh given I have better capability on my phone now including touch screen technology

Fun idea. Ambiance and decor was a little lacking, and it all felt a bit cheap and not well cared for/ a bit dated. Would have expected a little more given it’s prime location and all the buzz around this place, and given the price point which I felt was a little on the high end for what it was. The food was nice and the dining format was unusual and quite fun!

Bit expensive for what it is... no one greeted us when we arrived. Male waiter was more than rude! Didn’t care at all... shame as there is obviously a serious disconnection with front of house and back of house. Food was super quick and delicious. Shame they can’t deliver it nicely!

Although the service is prompt and friendly, this place is dirty. Really really dirty. If the restaurant can’t be bothered to clean the part of the restaurant that the customer sees, I dread to think what the kitchen looks like. That said, my stomach wasn’t feeling great the next day . Additionally, the toilets were a disgrace. Numerous empty scent sticks in empty bottles littered the bathroom without serving any purpose. One toilet was out of order, one didn’t flush properly and one had a broken lock. For the price we paid, it was all a bit of a joke.

I had a deal from a set menu and we found there was too much vegetarian/vegan dishes. We didn't like the sushi at all. The salmon and ribs were the nicest. We were happy to pay the charge for food wastage. Service was fast and friendly. I don't think it has any ambiance actually
