Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

'An Evening with the Brewers' – A Sake Pairing Dinner at In Between Days Monday, May 13th | Two Seatings: 5:30PM & 8:30PM | 16 Seats Only Join us for an intimate, once-in-a-lifetime evening as we welcome four distinguished sake brewers visiting from Japan for a special 8-course pairing dinner at In Between Days. This exclusive event features two sake selections from each of the following renowned producers: Marumoto-San of Chikurin (Okayama) Saito-San of Yuki No Bosha (Akita) Nakao-San of Seikyo & Maboroshi (Hiroshima) Oga-San of Kameizumi (Kochi) Each course will be thoughtfully curated to showcase the brewers’ unique philosophies and regional terroir. The 8-course menu is set by the chef and designed to complement the nuance and depth of each sake—no substitutions will be available. This is a rare opportunity to meet the brewers themselves, hear their stories, and experience their craft in a warm, comfortable setting with just 16 guests per seating. Price includes all food, sake pairings, and gratuity. Due to the intimate nature of this event, we kindly encourage early booking.

Join us for our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house Sake Sommelier, and Sake Educator Noah Sain. This will be a two hour event from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, April 22nd. Sip along and learn about three different sakes curated by Noah. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! Be prepared to meet likeminded sake enthusiasts and enjoy a special food pairing. I had such a great experience at Sake club! Will be back 😊 the risotto paired with the sake was delish, really looking forward to checking out this spot during normal service now

Food was not good, I ordered the salmon which was bland and overcooked, rice cake had no taste, the whole dish was not very good. Service was ok, but nothing great. You have to go thru the restaurant to ask the bar to be seated. Ambiance was off putting, weird disco ball dark lighting and the walls appeared to be dirty, like if the place had a fire with smoke damage. Will not be returning or recommending.

We had a fantastic night. Sky was great and super knowledgeable about sake. The brûlée pork belly was outstanding and the oysters were fresh and delicious. The crowd was cool and the music was great. I can’t wait to come back.

The food was good but for me not worth the price. Food-wise there similar restaurants downtown that are not so exorbitantly priced. We actually went because it's supposed to be a sake mecca and we did try several. The server seemed knowledgeable about this. The atmosphere was dark, crowded and loud so if you find this fun and trendy you will like it. If I ever go back it will only be to sit at one of the four or so seats at the bar and have one glass of sake.

Do not be deterred by its small size, this place is super cozy and welcoming. Loved the jazz on vinyl, the friendly service and how accommodating they were for our birthday celebration.

The food was good and consistent. The waitress was excellent. Way too loud in such a small place. Very different but great experience for a Japanese restaurant
