Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier and educator Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With five in-house sake sommeliers, an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Join us for our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house Sake Sommelier, and Sake Educator Noah Sain. This will be a two hour event from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, June 24th. Sip along and learn about three different sakes curated by Noah. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! Be prepared to meet likeminded sake enthusiasts and enjoy a special food pairing. The food was good (not amazing) but insanely expensive. $22 for 4 pieces of gyoza and $31 for a not very filling ramen you only get one choice of. Service was surprisingly slow considering how small the location was. If you are coming here it's probably for the sake since you don't really have much else to choose from for drinks. Overall disappointing experience.

In Between Days was an excellent experience from food to ambiance. The pork belly, gyoza, and cucumber salad were fantastic. The service was good and the size of the place made it feel very intimate. The bar was comfortable. Drinks were fantastic, tasty, and very creative.

Food was amazing would literally come back to st Pete just for this place! Service was okay could be improved. The gentleman that was the waiter for some table was great but we had a young lady and she was good at first but then got distracted with friends that were there and starting talking to them for a while and even had them taking pictures of her. The gentleman server had to end up helping us with dessert and closing us out

Always love coming here. They forgot one of our orders but made it right in the end. Will be coming back.

I had such a great experience at Sake club! Will be back 😊 the risotto paired with the sake was delish, really looking forward to checking out this spot during normal service now

Ahhh... our experience eating at "In Between Days" was great. 100% recommended if you are a foodie and and music lover. They had tons of non-alcoholic cocktails too, which was great for us! Absolutely love the ambiance!
