    The food was very good but the service left a lot to be desired. Dishes not promptly removed, having to ask for water repeatedly. Wine not being poured. We expected a lot more at this price point. One of our meals came out cold. The scallops were overly salty on a different meal. They did acknowledge that when their kitchen staff tasted them and comped the dish. But too many misses particularly at a relatively high price point

    We had a wonderful experience at I’ll Venetian. The food was freshly prepared and nicely seasoned. The poached shrimp salad (half portion) was the perfect size, was chilled with a light and delicious vinaigrette. The raviolis were huge, generously filled with a rich vodka sauce. The spaghetti and seafood had plenty of seafood in a light and amazing sauce. The spaghetti gelato was a perfect dessert and so uniquely presented. Excellent wine list. Aiden our server was superb. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. A great meal and evening.

    We had an excellent experience. From valet service to dessert and coffee. Service was impeccable, and Adrian was an outstanding and helpful server. The rigatoni was delicious, and the tiramisu and limoncello cheesecake was fabulous. The bill was a nice surprise as we felt we received great value at a reasonable price. We will be back. The decor is just beautiful and the ambiance makes you feel like you're in a special place.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Il Venetian. Beautifully decorated and quiet enough to talk, we sat on very comfortable couches in a corner. Our server, Aiden, was very attentive, and immediately offered to improve my cocktail when I said it wasn't quite what I expected. He remained attentive throughout the evening. Our salads (roasted beet for me, Caesar for my husband) were large and fresh. My halibut over barley and butternut squash puree was excellent. Again, a large portion that I couldn't quite finish. My husband enjoyed rigatoni with braised pork and meatballs. He did say it needed more seasoning, but he had no trouble finishing it. Decaf coffee and a lovely chocolate budino topped off the evening.

    We went for my wife’s birthday and it’s our first time here. Everything was really good. The drinks, the eggplant appetizer, and the pasta dishes were all fantastic. Definitely recommend the place.

    Our server, Joey, was knowledgeable, attentive and very personable. His suggestions were very helpful, not only of the Il Venetian offerings but of overall Cleveland restaurants. It was our first visit and his recommendations were excellent.

    We came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was an incredible experience. The bartender was great, the food amazing, our waiter, Aiden, was good and knowledgeable. The whole experience was the best.
