   The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it. Our server was very friendly and brought our food they way we asked. We dined outside since inside was a bit noisy and the weather was nice. The only recommendation I have is to add umbrellas or some kind of shade to outdoor furniture.

   Made reservations for my wife's birthday in total we had a party of 5. The initial host was excellent (or so I thought) when she greeted and welcomed us. She asked if there was anything we needed and I ordered a glass of wine for my wife while we looked at the menus. We then sat there for 10-15 minutes before our waitress arrived with water for the table. I repeated that my wife would like a glass of wine and ordered an appetizer. We waited another 10 minutes and she came back, I asked about the wine, ordered a beer for myself, more water for the table, and additional bread. About another 10 minutes, she brought the appetizer (no bread) and I asked about the wine and beer. She then went to the bar and brought back our drinks. The appetizer (pizza fritas) was excellent. We ordered food and she said bread and water was coming. About 10 minutes later, after flagging her down (even though restaurant was not busy) she brought water, but no bread. Dinner arrived and was very good. She mentioned that she asked if we still wanted the bread and we said yes. We finished dinner and she brought a piece of cake out for my wife's birthday. Cake was very good. Never did get the additional bread. For the money, I expected much better service and frankly food too, but food was very good. But spending $300 ($60/person) on dinner, I expected quality service and some attention to our table. Again the place was not busy, so it should not have been a question of too many tables. Sad, but I will not frequent this place again.

   I had ordered a Margarita pizza; no sopressata or anchoives and instead mushrooms. It took a while, but did come hot. I took one bite and WOW, it seemed as if the container of salt was poured onto the pizza. Could have been the cheese but it was not eatable. The Server finally came (waited a few minutes) and ordered a Ceasar salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp was delicious, but the salad was drowning in dressing.

   I had a great experience dining at Il Fallo, the Italian restaurant tucked inside the Westin at Raleigh-Durham Airport. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt upscale yet relaxed—perfect for winding down after a long day or grabbing a quality meal before or after a flight. The food was spot on. I tried Wood Fired Salmon Oreganata and it was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully plated. The pasta was clearly house-made, and the sauce had that rich, slow-cooked depth you hope for in Italian cooking. The wine list was solid too, with a nice range of Italian selections and some local options. Service was attentive without being overbearing. The staff knew the menu well and offered some great pairing suggestions. Overall, Il Fallo exceeded expectations for a hotel restaurant and honestly holds its own against standalone spots in the area.    The food was awful. Don’t let the pictures on the website fool you. It’s not a real wood fired kitchen. I had a burger was barely edible. It’s also in a hotel which their website doesn’t advertise. Do not go.
