Restourant Ikra was cloused! Nobody led us know. We came with our friends from LA and sow darknes inside the restourant. Door was clouse! It is a shame for the people who are responceble for this situation!

Rated the food poor cause we don't even know what it turned out to be. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before the manager sat us and said a server would be right there. That took about 10 more minutes before he finally came and another 8 before we walked out cause we didn't see him again. We are pretty sure he was cooking all the food for the (two!) Other tables. The manager sat at the bar being nasty to the server when he did make it up front. He made no motion to help him and had no clue about our reservation. They had two other tables, how do you lose track of what would be a third of your business that night? We weren't surprised they were so dead. The only thing the manager did say was bear with us it is our slow season. That's no excuse. If its causing a problem, get up and help your staff.

This was our first visit to this beautiful restaurant. The server couldn't have been more attentive and made our dining experience so enjoyable. The restaurant website does not mention that they have great music and a floor show; we stayed and were not disappointed.

The food was really good. A few people was there. The place has a lot, a lot Of room well decorated. They charged 18% for service, but the server told us that will not go directly to him..., only the amount we charged as extra tip. We did It. But i did not feel confortable with this situation. We spent more than I was expected.

Nice service as well. Their selection is amazing!!! Love their food, could stand to have bigger portions though. Food is delicious and fresh. Fish was cooked perfectly, vegetables were well seasoned

I didn't expect this place to be so great ! Hookah lounge, club, bar, what is it?! IKRA is an amazing venue if you're looking for a great night out. I am a hukkah lover.. And enjoy Mediterranean food, good music and nice cocktails. This place has it all. Good atmosphere. Good hummus. Good hookah. I approve :) I'll definitely be back and be back a LOT!

Awesome customer service and great selection!Came here twice for dinner, loved it both time! Food was good, really good main course and dessert . The restaurant opens up into a lounge space for the adults to enjoy complete with entertainment, live shows. The service, attentiveness and friendliness was unreal.Totally treated like special guests! Can't wait to return.

What a night we had. The food was amazing, the hospitality was wonderful and place was great. I loved every second I spent there and soon will be back. Beautiful place to go of you're visiting Sunny Isles beach) The food and drinks were delicious and the live band (Face to Face) which I believe plays there every Friday, was phenomenal. What stood out the most was the service. You will never see friendlier servers and management anywhere. They were just sooooooo nice and I can only hope that this is the norm and not the exception because this was, as I mentioned, a private party. Our waitress, Ylia , was da bomb. So darn sweet and helpful. You can feel the love in his food, he explains the dishes in such a captivating manor he could help you order the entire menu, which would not be something you'd regret. I don't usually eat sushi but I had his Sushi Role. It was fantastic and I will be coming back for more. Thank you so much and pleasing us with delicious food & classy service.

Exquisitely fresh and delicious food in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Definitely worth a revisit!Service was AMAZING! Our server was very attentive and fun! The menu has lots of variety and a nice selection of wines and cocktails. The service has been great every time. Everyone is very nice and willing to answer any questions that you may have about the menu. Lord knows I was extremely confused with the names on the menu mainly because I wasn't too big on Mediterranean cuisine. Fortunately, the staff helped me through the order with no difficulties and I was able to order something I enjoyed. 5 stars hands down. Everything about this place is amazing. Food- 5/5 Service- 5/5 Server knowledge of menu- 5/5 Room vibe- 5/5 Anything I can think of about this place deserves a perfect 5 stars, will definitely be eating here again!

The service was beyond amazing. Very friendly and kind staff which is extremely hard to find today. The food was delicious! Every dish we ordered came out right away with great presentation and the flavors were amazing!!!! Everything was so good. My favorite was chicken tabaka and tuna tataki Thanks
