The bone-in-filet and ribeye cap were fantastic! Desmond was extremely knowledgeable and able to recommend wines with insights into each vineyard. Desmond and his team went the extra mile and made this a special evening for my family. Thank you!

My family had a great wedding anniversary dining experience. The food quality and atmosphere did not disappoint as expected. Brent served us and he was top-notch. Thank you!! Now for the not-so-good. I've dined here several times in the past with work and was so impressed that sides were included with the entrees. Not anymore. This decision to eliminate the sides brings III Forks to the same level as every other higher-end steakhouse in the North Dallas area. I did not bring this to the attention of our server as he probably did not have a vote in the decision. Maybe a temp decision by III Forks, but only tiime will tell. I may be back but this will definitely impact my choice going forward.

Customer service to confirm our Reservations were great. Upon entry the Ambiance and hostess greeting was superb. Restaurant was neat and clean and packed but not loud the setting/atmosphere was upscale but comfortable (not uppity or stiff). Our waiter had great knowledge of the restaurant and menu as well as being personable with our table. The lady (I’m assuming store manager) she was great also she came to our table to introduce herself even made a joke and small talk asked if we needed anything. I took away 1-star because although our waiter was great I did not like his statement towards us when bringing us back our credit card, he said; “thanks for coming in, see you next year!” I feel like his statement was he felt that we spent so much on our food that we can only afford eating out at a fancy restaurant once a year. Little does he know we eat at upscale restaurants all the time. His statement was totally unnecessary all he should have said was thanks for coming and have a great evening! But I won’t deter that from ever coming back. Word to the staff please tell your staff to not use sayings like that because it can be offensive.

Pretty irritated about the removal of all sides from their steak entrees. First they diminished the portion they served of the sides, and now they took them away entirely with absolutely zero change to the menu prices. Expect to pay an additional ~$50 for two people if you want to eat the vegetables you were accustomed to. I’m not expecting it to be a cheap dining experience but that’s a huge hike out of nowhere. Iii forks is turning into a shadow of what it used to be.
