Delicious! Good presentation, too. I ordered the Hen of the Woods and the fried cauliflower. They were perfect. Their sauces were fantastic. The chutney with the cauliflower was almost the top highlight, but for the Scottish Maestro cocktail, which is high on my list, now, of yummiest drinks ever. Service was a bit slow, but their friendliness and helpfulness made up for it. Everything was well worth the time I spent gazing at the art works.

The food was good but the service was horrible. We waited over 15 minutes from being seated to our first interaction with the waiter. After delivering our steaks he never checked in with us until after we had finished our meals and were sitting there waiting. We expressed a desire to look at a dessert / after dinner drink list which he brought but after not checking in for 20 minutes we decided it was better just to take the check.

We had an excellent dinner celebrating our anniversary at Idol Wolf. The cocktails and food were delicious, we didn't have a bad drink or bite all evening. Could have paced the dishes out a bit slower, but that's being really nitpicky.

Definitely recommend. Execution of the food was terrific. Everything was outstanding with the flavor and preparation. Vibe of the restaurant is upscale casual. Comfortable. The service was fine, but our server could have been stronger. He seemed a little novice in his knowledge of the menu, wine, etc. We were specific in how we wanted the food coursed since it's a bunch of small plates and we were excited to have a leisurely dinner. It all came out at about the same time. Maybe it was communication with the kitchen, and it was a busy Friday night. I wouldn't let that deter you from enjoying this great restaurant.

Mic once again was an awesome part of our dining room experience. Our party of 5 tried so many of the wonderful favorites at Idol Wolf and really enjoyed the evening. Adding something to absorb more of the dining room noise would add so much more additional enjoyment to our experience. It's really loud when the restaurant is more than 1/2 full.

I don’t write many reviews but this time I must. Our experience was amazing for the whole evening from sitting at the bar, to exploring the art exhibition upstairs to the lovely dining room. Our waiter was attentive and excellent. A great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant.
