parmesan, chives, aioli
miso corn puree, chanterelles, guanciale, summer squash
Shrimp & Grits
bacon jam, poached farm egg
been there a number of times, getting to point though that the amount of what you get is very small compared to what you pay............and we are not big eaters.
The food cart takeover wasn’t delicious! Disappointed we didn’t get in early enough for the lamb kabobs but everything was great!
Phenomenal food, service, and atmosphere. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful night and quiet.
Excellent food, service and ambiance. Our new favorite restaurant!!
I was really hoping this place would live up to the expectations after hearing the buzz about it. Not so. The waiter recommended 4-5 plates for our party of two and when our tapa plates arrived, I realized why: 2 lonely scallops surrounded by sauce and greens. If they were big scallops and seared well, that would have been ok but that was not the case. The truffle fries were a bit too heavily seasoned but the really bad part was that the supposed aioli was basically just mayonnaise- we asked for ketchup. The pulled pork flatbread was ok but the crust was too crispy. We will not be going back.
Went for brunch and everything was amazing! Wish we live closer as we would go there more often. But plan to make the trip again soon. Ingredients were SO fresh and delicious. From the fresh squeezed orange juice and French pressed coffee, to the amazing bacon ham and eggs, all was fabulous!
We really enjoyed the restaurant, very good food, pretty place, real good service.
Amazing. Love the vibe here, wife and I had a date night and had a great experience!
Food was fantastic! Service was excellent!
Fantastic service, great wine list, and tasty small plates!!
Fantastic food, flavors. Desserts are fabulous. Our server, Richard, true professional. Highly recommend
Small plates are great. Our waiter explained which ones were the best to share and how many to order. The truffle fries are to die for :-)
Good service and atmosphere
The service was amazing. The food is inventive and delicious but, most of the dishes our group tried were too salty.
We had eaten there once before and had really enjoyed it. This time we had three others with us. We ordered a bunch of different plates -seven in all. Out waiter and the rest of the staff were great!! We have mixed reviews on the food. The warm feta was delicious. Shrimp and grits good, really mild-not much flavor. Truffle fries were good but almost burnt. Way over done. Salmon dish had great flavors but portion was sooo small you could hardly share. Falafel was very tasty. Had the burger as well. Since we had a couple with Celiac at the table ordered with bun on the side for those who could eat gluten. First bun came burnt. Felt the burger tasted fine but was over cooked. I think this is the only restaurant we know that doesn’t have a gluten free bun for its burger. The last and best dish of the evening was the ribeye. Flavor great. Served with potatoes which were good. Would’ve like veggies with the steak. The salt level on everything we ordered was way excessive. Now to desserts - gluten free cheesecake was exceptional Angel food cake with peaches great as well. Overall this visit good but not great! We are food snobs!
The perfect place for an adult night out. Excellent food choices that you can share tapas style or eat alone as a meal. Main servers that we had were very friendly, however the younger staff bringing out the food at times just came and placed the food on the table, mumbled the dish, and walked away. The patio was perfect - we really enjoyed the view and the heaters :)
My boyfriend and I were looking for a nicer place for our anniversary dinner, and we found ID via a google search. The website caught our attention as well as the menu. My boyfriend and I had to google some of the items because we didn’t know what they were. I was a little nervous considering how different the menu items sounded, but we decided to eat here, and I’m SOOO glad we did! We had the best time! Our food was so delicious. Our waiter Luke B was fantastic! If you’re feeling adventurous for a special occasion and are able to splurge for the night, definitely try this place. My boyfriend and I had a side, a salad, two small dishes, and it was more than enough food for us to share and take a little bit home.
Celebration of my dad’s 75 birthday. Great food. However, it came out way to fast that we felt rushed to eat everything.
Veggie omelet w/caramelized onions and goat cheese and roasted potatoes were amazing. We enjoyed the terrace and we were seated immediately. Service was impeccable. Brunch for 5 with cappuccinos for all was only $100. Quite a value! We will be back.
we eat here 6-8 times a year, Bruch, Dinner. This was my birthday dinner, it was not very good, food was inconsistent, service was a 2/5. busser's & water refills don't exist Dessert was not good.
While you try to make adjustments, We will give you a break.
Something has changed here. not for the better.
Overall a wonderful experience. The food was amazing. We just waited on our waiter to come back to check drinks for quite awhile.
Our first visit to i.d. and we enjoyed it immensely!
We love this restaurant. The reservation was ready and available. The host repeated our special request as we arrived. The drinks were well made. The cadence of the entire meal was spot on. And the wine list, while ever changing, had great values and unique selections, especially for WI.
All of our plates were creative and outstanding!
Great meal as usual! Very sorry the Brussels sprouts were no longer on the menu.
Amazing food and new, seasonal items on the menu. Try the chicken lettuce wraps and whipped feta and pita…outstanding drink selections as well.
An actual dining experience! Lovely atmosphere, professional staff, creative plates.
Food is super creativ
Amazing food and service as always! Always look forward to our meal here.
Food was creative and flavorful! Prices were not exorbitant for the quality and creativity of the food.
Waiter was knowledgeable and what he did not know about he did not BS us about he went and asked then found out and came back and told us what was
Definitely going back soon!
Ok food. I ordered the $48 dollar ribeye. It was sliced up and kinda gritty and about 8 pieces. Not worth the price or flavor. The other 3 people in our party thought their dinner was ok, nothing worth going back for
Our first experience at I.d. Was nothing short of amazing! The food and ambiance was both delightful, and delicious!! Our waitress Erin was super friendly, energetic, and made our dining experience so much fun! Oh, and she’s a great singer. Check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!!
Food was delicious. Our request to sit outside was met.
We were slightly put off by the experience because as soon as we sat down @ 1:45 for our 1:45 reservation ( that was an option in the pull down menu for the restaurant) our server said the kitchen closes at 2:00 so make sure your order is in by then.
It was a bit rude since I didn’t come up with the reservation time, it was an option and I took it. If the restaurant doesn’t want people coming in after 1:45pm for brunch - they should make the last reservation time 1:30.
We had just sat down and we were immediately told the kitchen closes at 2:00 so we need to order immediately.
We did and then it was fine. But every time the server came over she told us not to rush- even though she seemed to be in a rush for us to leave.
The food was delicious & Bartender was great.
The wine room was incredible as always
One of the best lake country spots with the best atmosphere around. Small plates make for a great meal and were 2nd to none. Staff was attentive and kept thing relaxed. Only complaint was the time it took to get a single cocktail and a seltzer water. Can't blame the chef and waitress for a slow bar though...
Restaurant is gorgeous and Chef Joe is a master at his craft. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
a creative menu with dietary options. excellent service.
Gem of a restaurant with creative, unique flavor profiles and dishes that rotate with the seasons. Our server Christian was excellent, knew the menu & food flavors well and provided outstanding service with a smile and warmth that is hard to find these days. Cocktail offerings are also delicious!
