Went to I.d. for my wife’s birthday. It was Sunday brunch and we were given a table for four in the main dining room. Tables were spaced out nicely and the noise level was fine for conversation. Service was great and we never felt rushed. Our two grown boys, who can eat a lot, both had leftovers and were very happy they came along. My wife had the Eggs Benedict and commented that the meal was prepared perfectly. The coffee was delicious and I had a Bloody Mary that was very good. All in all, a great family meal.
Fabulous food and cocktails once again! The new autumnal menu had seasonal choices that were delicious. We tried the two specials - bison steak and pheasant. Both of these dishes were outstanding - the bison cooked perfectly with a great crust and excellent seasoning, the pheasant had a crispy skin and juicy interior with fabulous sides.
The cocktails were on point and their new cocktail that had a burnt cinnamon stick smelled amazing. Can't wait to go back!
We thoroughly enjoyed I.D.'s special Wild Game Dinner event. I.D. focuses on unique small plates. We started with Elk Carpaccio, followed by Rabbit Agnolotti and finished with Wild Boar Saffron Ragu. Each was fantastic in its own way with flavors and accents that were a pleasant surprise with each dish. Portions were perfect for us to share. Truth be told, we would have tried one more dish (probably the Pheasant) but we needed to save room for our dessert -- the Black Forest Chocolate Creameau. It was, simply, to die for. Congratulations to the culinary staff at I.D. for putting together a memorable dining experience for us that we will long remember.
The Wild Game Dinner theme was amazing! I loved that the dishes were medium sized so that you could pass it around the table and everyone could try each one. Because there was an overflowing amount of people in the dining room, they set up another room within the hotel for others to be seated which was where we were sitting, and didn’t mind it. There were only a handful of tables, but we enjoyed being more secluded and quieter. It was on the pricey side, however my family didn’t mind spending that much because we knew we were going to get quality food. Quality over quantity! Overall, the experience was great. We will definitely be back for another theme night!
S’mores dessert was perfection. We polished it off in about a minute.
Good experience. We will go back.
Our visit for brunch on Sunday was excellent! Three of us ordered omelets which were served with roasted potatoes and I ordered the blueberry pancakes. YUM! Everything was prepared well and was served hot and delicious!
We’ve heard really good things about ID in the past. It lived up to the high. The food was delicious and the ambience was great. The music is a little bit too loud, but the atmosphere was still great.
We had a variety of dishes, the quality was not at a 4 Diamond level.
Cheese Plate: Three cheeses served ice cold, nothing special about the variety, all could be found in the local Pick and Save. The garnishes were sub-par, raw filberts, oily and hard baguette, a very tart berry sauce. Presentation was poor, randomly scattered on the plate.
Truffle Fries: Very oily and overly salted... too much truffle oil. Smothered in a poor quality pre-shredded Parmesan cheese, US Foodservice sells this plastic stuff in 5 pound bags. Recommend using real Parmesan Regiano and grated just before serving, a little goes a long way. Plate did not have chives. Aioli was ok.
Shrimp and Grits: Best dish we had, the broth was a bit too thin, and the shrimp were overlooked.
Burger: Was cooked med-well vs. med-rare. Onions were nice.
Spicy Pizza, forget the name: Was ok, was covered in same low quality Parmesan.
All the desserts had ice cream, just an observation.
Server was unable to even pronounce the special, but aside from this was attentive.
First time at brunch and it was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!
Great service from TJ
Excellent tapas style menu. Nice wine selection. Scallops first rate, pork belly tender, salmon perfectly done.
Our server however was less than good, stumbled over the specials, not attentive, brought the check and forgot to come back... we had to flag down a manager to pay.
Heard mixed reviews so we thought we would give ID a try. Always like trying new places. Overall, it was disappointing. Nice looking place and ambience so first impressions were good. Service did not align with the ambience. Young adults with not much experience communicating with customers. Small plate food concept and the only plate we could not complain about is the salad. All the plates sound wonderful in terms of the mixed ingredients but the execution was the issue. The Brussel sprouts with smoked bacon should have been stated as smoked undercooked pork belly. Smoked bacon makes you think of a pancetta style, which would have been lovely. The miso vinaigrette again sounded like a great add but is was excessively applied taking away from the dish. The scallops were nicely cooked and tender but again the compliments in the dish sounded great but it was all excessively applied. It made wonder if the chef was out because execution was lacking.
We ate out on their front patio which was very pleasant. there's also a nice side patio, but we made our reservations late. Our food was absolutely mouth watering. We had a prosciutto and mushroom flat bread, gnocchi with blue cheese sauce and mushrooms and shrimp and grits. One dish was better than the last.
Shared plates. Ambiance was fantastic
The service, the food, the ambiance and the outdoor veranda made for a perfect evening.
The food was incredible! We started with the caprese salad which was the best my wife and I have ever had. We split the ribeye, truffle fries and brussels sprouts, all which were amazing! A delicious eating experience!
Timing of small plates was a little too fast and it took a while to get one drink but the food was fantastic and service was very friendly. We live ID and will return.
server was outstanding- we had a fantastic experience at I.d
Definitely going back
Our server was great! My order came out wrong but it was fixed quickly. Restaurant was well spaced for social distancing. Overall it was good, just felt a little overpriced for essentially eggs and bacon.
Excellent restaurant. Plenty of seating spaced well apart so that you can relax and enjoy your meal with your loved ones. Excellent service and not pushy or hurrying you through your food which I appreciated. The brunch the next day was equally as wonderful and we will be back soon to enjoy all they have to offer. Would highly recommend
Dishes were excellent - for 2 people we ordered 5 because everything looked so good. The whipped feta and street corn pizza were the highlights, as well as the scallops. Our server was polite, attentive but not intrusive.
Interesting food some of which was new to my wife and I... Perfect for anniversary dinner!
Delicious food and a good selection of gluten free options. Great service and nice outdoor seating area.
I have eaten here once before and it truly is a remarkable place. The ambiance is incredible, service extremely attentive. I went with a group we ordered one of everything off the menu. It was hard to pick the best plate! Tapas style is more expensive dinning experience but the food is fantastic. The server noticed we didn’t care for some of the mixed drinks and asked for a replacement right away. Impeccable service! Highly recommend.
It was good... nothing to write home about though. We had been there once before and the service was terrible. The service was better this time.
Great experience. Having dined at Id several months ago, I was not sure what to expect. Overall excellent food, efficient and friendly service, and comfortable environment. Also had a "mock tail" which was excellent, and happy to have the non-alcoholic option.
We had the pleasure of dining Saturday evening at ID. The restaurant did a nice job of keeping the tables spaced comfortably for the diners. Once we arrived we waited for a short duration before a less than friendly hostess greeted us; it was if we were bothering her. Once seated we had a wonderful server by the name of Maya. She was extremely attentive and offered a wine sampling to help my wife chose the wine she was going to pair with dinner. The food is small plates and they were served nicely prepared and delivered in a timely order which allowed us to enjoy each plate and savor the flavors. We look forward to going back soon to try other offerings.
Our food was delicious as usual. This is our favorite local restaurant to dine at. It’s definitely “the place to be” for fresh and creative food. 😋
We came here to celebrate our nephew's High School graduation and my husband's birthday. Ambience and decor is unique and well thought-out. Service was wonderful. Wide range of choice from the bar, the Summer Garden cocktail is lovely. Dinner was delicious and beautifully presented. A wonderful, comfortable, yet classy atmosphere for a perfectly laid-back summer celebration. Our compliments to the staff and chefs, we look forward to another celebration here soon!
My wife and I ate here for both dinner and breakfast this past weekend (Aug 15-16). As always the service was top notch and the food was incredible. I have to highlight 2 items (Shrimp and Grits for dinner and the fried chicken and biscuits/gravy). Everything was amazing and definitely will return.
The service and food was outstanding as always! I look forward to my next visit.
The food, drinks and staff were awesome! We will be back for sure.
This was our first time at a "Flip" dinner after enjoying many wonderful meals at I.D. The food was amazing! It was varied, fresh and everything was delicious. The service was spot on. They accommodated our request to dine on their lovely porch. The sommelier was extremely helpful as always. We will be back, many times.
For our first time dining at I.d. and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Our server was excellent, helpful & efficient (only around as much as needed), and the creative menu flip was full of Amazing food combinations I’ve never tried before. Excellent wine pairings for the event as well. The environment is lovely & comfortable. We will definitely return for a sampling of their standard fare...can’t wait!
Attend brunch at I.D.
No regular coffee only french press, lattes and cappuccinos, etc. While lattes were okay (not worth $5.00) - they got cold very fast as the restaurant itself was freezing. I had blueberry pancakes and they came out with the syrup already on the pancakes (I have never seen this in all my times out for breakfast/brunch) - was never asked if I wanted it directly on the pancakes - if I would have known I would have asked for it on the side. The top pancake was fully saturated with syrup and the other two were dry - not good. My companion had a goat cheese and kale omelette - very skimpy on the ingredients and the only side were three roasted potatoes - so not worth a $14 price tag. The service was okay - I felt like there was no explanation of what was included or side choices etc. Restaurant was not busy at all. Would not go back - at least for brunch. I have eaten dinner and apps there before and it was a much better experience. Very disappointing.
The food was amazing. Layers of flavors, textures and beautiful presentation. Our server was the perfect mix of service, information and entertainment. The outdoor seating was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
As always a wonderful experience. Great seating on the patio with views of the hillside. Service was attentive and thoughtful. We all felt very safe with environment and service staff. Looking forward to another great meal real soon.
Everything was perfect! Truffle fries were incredible, the burger was beyond delicious, and our server even gave us some celebratory chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to celebrate our new engagement. Super special touch. We will definitely be back.
