The quality of flavour and texture of jamón Ibérico varies by grade and is a direct result of the lifestyle, diet and breeding of the pig. Our jamón Ibérico is made from 100% pure-breed, black Iberian pig. These pigs mature slowly; freely-roaming the Spanish countryside, grazing in fields and acorn woods. Depending on the producer and the desired intensity of flavour, the meat is hung for as long as four years, before this excellent product is ready to eat

The decoy and lay out is excellent. It’s a beautiful building and the staff are very attentive and very efficient. It has the feel of a well run restaurant. However, the food is no better than ordinary and the prices are high for what is offered. After a long time away from restaurants I felt disappointed .

Fantastic place. We ordered one of each of the classic tapas and all were amazing except for one (strangely unpleasant) which they gladly took back (peppers). Lovely staff, great wine and a fantastic venue. Thank you and will come again if just for the octopus - best we ever had.

We had a very pleasant meal but it was spoiled when we were asked to leave because our 90 minute slot was over. I questioned this and was told by a feisty manager that it’s in the booking conditions. I produced the booking confirmation which showed nothing about a time limit of 90 minutes. No apology was offered and we were then still asked to leave our table but this time an alternative was offered. Only go to Iberica if you like to eat quickly and get out.

Although the confirmation email that the system sends automatically does specify the returning time for your reservation, we always try to be as flexible as possible with all our guests and the tables; therefore, if we requested the table back, it was because we really did need the table for the next reservation. It was a nice lunch but I wasn't impressed with the food. I thought the prawns and Padron peppers lacked flavor and the octopus was tough.

The quality of the food was excellent but quite expensive over £200 for three of us and only three glasses of wine. Food came quickly but they did forget one off the dishes. Some larger parties in so quite noisy. However we would go again as we love the food

The servers were Spanish and friendly and helpful. This is a popular place and gets quite busy so you can expect a wait and they require tables to turn over within 60-90 mins. The quality was good and it has an excellent location and nice enough vibe though commercial. I felt it could be a little cosier, make you feel a little more like a welcome guest and maybe add some good value items.
