   This place was incredible. The staff are ace professional and the food is perfect as well. It's a touch pricey, but definitely worth it and a special occasion place.

   asparagus wasn’t cooked at all and you get a few bites of mashes potatoes. Felt like the keg but nicer setting.

   Horrible and not worth the money. The beef Wellington was undercooked, the asparagus was burnt and the potatoes were flavourless. Would not go again.

   If you are looking for a restaurant that provides outstanding customer service combined with outstanding food then Hy’s should be your choice. In one word it was priceless !!!

   I have been to Hy’s for years and the service and food have always been excellent. My visit yesterday may have been an anomaly…I ordered my steak as medium rare. The first time the steak came as medium well and so I sent it back. After a 15 minute wait, the second steak arrived as medium; at that point I was too hungry to send it back. The waiters were attentive in taking back the meals but at times they bungled some orders (e.g. wrong size of wine). Hopefully my experience next time will be better

    Our server Lorne was spectacular, he just understood our needs he was very professional and lots of fun, great suggestions very attentive!
