Hyde Park is our favorite restaurant in town and we always bring our out of town guests here. Last week, my sister’s ground steak was burnt to the point of inedible. She had ordered it well but it was burnt. We told our server who met with the manager who “comped” a dessert, but that was t enough. I had expected her dinner to come off the bill. I would hope management would do the right thing. Everyone else enjoyed their dinner and drinks.
