   When we got our food it was cold my wife's food wasn't cooked right . The manager gave us free drink , but the server we had was Mia after that .

   First off, will start by our waiter was phenomenal!! Then I will go to food. We were disappointed in the quality of food especially for the high prices. French onion soup way to salty and wayyyy to expensive for small crock. My husband said lobster bisque was good though. On top of that took over 5 minutes to get spoons which they did not bring with the soup. They brought the wrong steak to my husband but he ate it anyway because he does not like to cause a scene. My filet was average at best. Creme Brule was excellent. I will say managers were excellent in checking on us. Although we could of complained, we also hate to complain at these high end restaurants so our choice would be not to dine there again. Sorry hyde park grille. By the way our bill was 275.00 with tip and that is without alcohol!!

   My experience was so great that I came back the next day! This time, I met my dad for appetizers and drinks. We had a great time! Our server was courteous and efficient. You can tell he loves what he does! Keith, the manager, coming over to check on us was refreshing. He’s always so engaged with the staff and patrons. Exceptional service! I’ll be back next week!     My boyfriend and I dined at Hyde Park for our 5 year anniversary and were delighted immediately upon walking up to our table to see it covered in rose petals with a beautiful card wishing us a happy anniversary. We were seated promptly upon arrival and given ice water to start. Our waitress, whom I unfortunately forget how to spell her name but I know it began with an L (at least I think it did!), was fantastic! She was very attentive, answered any questions we had about the menu in entirety and assisted us to choosing the meal we wanted- and ended up absolutely devouring because it was so delicious! We had the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer which was very fresh and tasty. We both also had a bowl of the Baked Onion Soup which was TO DIE FOR! Then I had the petite filet mignon and my boyfriend had the ribeye. Both steaks were cooked to ultimate perfection. We shared the potatoes gratin and asparagus which was just as tasty as the main event. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our anniversary celebration with Hyde Park and will definitely return again. I would give 10 stars if I could!

    We had a terrible experience. We were seated in a room that felt that we were not even in a restaurant it took 15 minutes before a server finally came up to us and he tried his best . It took over an hour after our salads for our entrees to be served but they were out of some of the side dishes and one that showed up was cold. We asked for bread and it some of it came ice cold. Our waiter tried to help but it would have been nice if a manager ever checked on us. I realize that Mothers Day is a busy day but if this is the food and ambience you offer you should limit your reservations.

    Let me first say that my wife and I absolutely love this place but the last two times have been horrific.. Yesterday I ordered a steak well done and it came back very rare and my daughters order was bad as well... The manager did really try to make it better but I just told him well just take the steak home and finish it ourselves... Again I LOVE this place but I'm not sure what's going on with service and the chefs

    Food was not up to were it has been. Service was poor. Server did not seem to know what he was doing. Had to ask three times for bread. When we received checks they were for another table. I had come after others. My cocktail was given to me while others who had ordered way before me we still waiting. No garnish in my drink Not the old Hyde Park!

    We had gone to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday, we had a party of six. Our table was ready when we arrived, service food and atmosphere with spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant.     Very disappointing. Had to wait forever for a table to be cleaned as many employees just stood around. The place was not busy at all. My steak was severely under cooked. For $60 you expect better. Otherwise ok, but too many other options in Cleveland for a good steak....

    The food did not meet the prices but at least the reservations did help finding a great place to sit and the service for the most part was pretty good. It is a very nice place inside though I will give them that.

    For some reason Hyde Park stopped carrying Coke or Pepsi. They now serve a horrible tasting soft drink with a ginger taste. Absolutely terrible. Please return to Coke products

    The service was extremely slow, the server was very apologetic but the manager didn’t check on things. One of the two steaks was overdone but after waiting so long to be served, and nobody checking on how the food was, we didn’t wait to eat .

    The food was good but they’ve started watering down their drinks again. Very disappointing as this is the go to place for me and my coworkers. Time to switch up our happy hour spot!
