   Water was requested but never provided. The cocktail arrived, but I had to wait a long time for my glass of wine. The food was good, so I can't complain about that. Considering the 15% service fee, I shouldn't have paid it because of the aforementioned problems, plus I heard one of the server’s was griping about customers; this isn't the Shard I recall. Also the tables and chairs could do with a refresh. would I go again? No.

   Sunday brunch starters mass produced felt similar to what you get from supermarket Main course sweet and sour chicken and spicy prawns quite nice, sea bass was bland Expensive for what you receive, paying for location imo

   The food overall was not enjoyable. I didn’t even get the chance to finish my meal before it was taken from the table. Afterwards the waiter started to clean the table while we were still sitting there. The meals were overpriced and for cost it was not worth it. Overall poor service.

   The very good scenery service is also very good. I have spent 350 pounds (two people) in the restaurant. The moment I finished the payment, he came to drive me away. I won't come back next time. I don't recommend it except for the scenery. There are so many products 💰 It is recommended to buy a plane ticket to Beijing, China to eat Quanjude roast duck (one only needs 30 pounds)

   Service was very slow in all areas. We had to wait in a long queue to be seated. We didn’t leave our coats at reception as the guests before us coats were just being left on the counter until someone was available to take them away! We were seated 10mins after our booking time. Then we had to wait to be served for drinks once seated. Giving we only ordered free flowing Prosecco and a beer NOT cocktails this also took time to arrive and we had to ask where there were? But this wasn’t the main issue?! It was after 1hr 15mins we were then informed by the manager we had 10mins left of our free flowing drinks!! So we told her we had been seated late and served late and this isn’t ok as it’s your fault and we have longer! To which she was ok with. We had to constantly keep asking for drinks as the server wasn’t on top of serving us giving we paid an extra premium for this on top of the food so the bar staff should be on top of this! It was like they were being slow on purpose so they didn’t serve as much drink?! My husbands beer was served in warm half pint glasses. When we went to Aqua they served his beer in an ice cold pint glass each time, and left the Prosecco bottle in a cooler by our table! One of our starters was missing and we had to ask for it. We then ordered a couple more starters from the eat as much as you like brunch menu, they brought them out after the mains arrived! Which defeats the point?! Half of the mains were cold. What should have been scrambled egg and scallops, it was an omelette and two scallop!! Two different styles of making eggs that is so basic for a top chef to make! Which is why when it came to pay the bill which was over £300 for 2 adults and 2 children and 1 hardly ate much we only paid half the service charge! How is service charge 15% now!!! Service charge should be abolished! To be honest they were lucky to get the £20 service charge! But no way were we paying them £40 for such disorganised service! We won’t be going back again!

   So I booked this restaurant for valentine's eve. Set menu in the shard. Amazing views over London. Food was sub-standard with cold chopped ribs as a starter. The dumplings were good but you only got 4 to share. The whole meal consisted of a starter, a main and a desert each and all for the set price of £201 each.... apparently it included a complimentary glass of champagne that didn't come....the whole meal came to £500....would've got better food from my local takeaway for £40.....will never eat there again

    I loved the food but especially the ambience and the view from our table ! I will certainly be going back ! Such a great and unforgettable experience! I will highly recommend it!
