   Hustlers Syd is an amazing experience to try. The fusion of different cuisines from multiple Asian countries brings a unique taste and concept not tried by many places imo. Their cocktail selection is unique and tasty. Each cocktail was beautifully curated. The ingredients, names and descriptions of them show absolute care and design. Done perfectly with the right amount of ingredients and not over done with alcohol so you can experience the different flavors. Everything we ate was amazing. Portion sizes were moderately sized, but everything packed flavour and definition. From everything we ordered; pandesal, prawn toast, meat skewers, 1kg tomahawk (unique to the day we dined in on) and the char siu chicken, the only let down to me was the pandesal, only because as a half Filipino myself it did not make me reminisce the taste of having fresh pandesal in the morning like when in the Philippines. It didn’t have that sweetness I’m use to but tasted a bit more on the side of a dinner roll. However, that butter added to the bread was amazing and perfect. My partner who is French loved the butter and bread aswell. Her only critique was it just needed a bit more salt and it be similar to what she is use to having back in France. Nonetheless everything else was a delight in taste. My partner who I dined with, loved all the dishes, especially the char siu chicken and skewers. She was blown away by the flavour. Overall we loved the experience of hustlers. The team are welcoming, the ambience is perfect. The live music was also a great touch to creating a wonderful atmosphere for couples to dine it. Will definitely return in the near future.

   Portion sizes were pretty small, expect to order many dishes (even the large ‘share’ plates were small. $37 bbq chicken large plate came with 2 meagre chicken thighs)

   Loved the food and setting, venue is a bit tight which means it is loud - not a bad thing but made table conversation hard. The food was an amazing fusion and wait staff were extremely attentive. Great experience all round and will be back again in future.

   Food was amazing, the prawn toast and bone marrow fried rice 10/10, would definitely recommend and will be back. Service was okay, we had to keep getting waiters attention to order drinks and food. Other than that my friends and I had an amazing time. Only bad thing I would say was the bathrooms were not tidy.

   Very good place, get a booth if in a group and upper deck dining tables if on a date night

    Incredible experience and a very pleasant surprise. Awesome service. Sensational margaritas. Food was ripe shelf.
