My husband and I came here as a stop on our honeymoon. The food was incredible, from the starters all the way to dessert!
We went for brunch and while the food was good, it wasn’t over the top delicious. The service was wonderful and the ambiance was beautiful. Husk was very clean and the noise level was nice because it was quiet with some unobtrusive background music. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
My daughter suggested I try Husk Savannah after she had an amazing experience at the Charleston location. I was very dissatisfied. Food was ok, nothing special. Ambiance was dull as the building looked tired. The only good thing was the service.
The food was delicious; however the portions were small. There were no starches to add as a filler. No bread or potatoes to add to the meal. One dish had rice but I didn’t get that one. Atmosphere was quiet and the service was great. Overall, it was above average but needs a little more of balance for the price.
Superb! Excellent service ! Great drinks and scallops were divine !
The food and atmosphere are great! The staff was attentive and we will return. the drinks were pricey for the size, 13.00 for the specialty cocktails. A great experience.
Excellent food. Outstanding service. Great place for special occasion or Friday night date night. We’ll be back.
A terrific meal. Definitely a five star
Everything we had was incredible.. from the cocktails to the seafood tower. For our entrées I ordered the scallops and my husband ordered the steak and they were delicious! Highly recommend Husk!
Our meals and service was amazing.. From starters to desserts!
I made reservations and asked to be seated by the window, which were open upon arrival. I was seated next to a door that led outside that was constantly being opened and closed by the staff. Since we were seated next to the door we were battling fly's throughout our dinner. The food was good except for my fish which was not fresh. The service was also very good. The music was so loud I felt like I was at a concert. Look elsewhere there are so many good restaurant's in Savannah this is not one of them.
Everything was wonderful, from the atmosphere to the service to the food. Definitely will dine here again next time I’m in Savannah.
Excellent meal with friendly staff. Cocktails were done perfectly. Appetizers were outstanding - especially the mussels done this evening. Main course of scallops was cooked nicely and were very spicy. As always, Husk in Savannah hits the mark.
We were at Husk to celebrate our 40th Anniversary (interrupted by CoVID) - fabulous, well worth the 3 month wait. Food was fantastic, service was wonderful (attentive, but not too attentive). Chefs stylings were on par to what you expect a high end restaurant to be - and they did not disappoint. Try the Roasted Beets and Granola as a side. You wouldn’t think it - but what a combo.
Well sourced and well prepared.
Great food and ambiance. Expensive for what you get. Tried to go in the bar after dinner but it was fully booked for tables and sitting at the bar. A pleasant experience but expensive.
Great happy hour
I have always wanted to eat at the Husk. Our family caught an opportunity last night and we were excited! I ordered the steak and told the waiter that I like mine well done. I told him I don’t do pink. I know this may make the chef upset, but that’s the way I love my steak. It came out and was pretty pink and little blood - ugh. I will include picture. I didn’t realize blood was still in it until I pressed fork down on it. I didn’t want to offend the chef, so I sit and ate half maybe. It’s the first time I have ate at a high end establishment and didn’t get what I ordered. However, the fingerling potatoes was good and I picked off my kids plate. I loved the building, the waiter and everything else. Love Savannah!
All good, drinks expensive
Can’t say enough good things about our food and our waiter! Both were fabulous! This was a wonderful way to start our Savannah vacation
The food and service were exceptional!
Despite the good reviews we read about Husk I wasn't particularly impressed. At no time during the meal was I wowed by the flavors, and actually found my chicken slightly dry, not really acceptable for a $30 meal. The Barrelfish, however, was excellent. We also ordered a cocktail called a Master Splinter that was so bitter I had to rinse the taste out of my mouth. Maybe check the citrus before using it? Overall, vaguely satisfying food in a lovely setting.
So pleasant and relaxing. The food was delicious. Unusual flavors. Farm fresh.
Atmosphere and service was nice. Of six meals - all but one was great! The one was disappointing - ended up being a warmed up pre-made “hand pie” that one could have gotten at a Starbucks - and it was ice cold on the bottom and had to be sent back to be warmed up, came back warm but the cheese inside was not melted…very disappointing. Server warmed it but didn’t apologize or express much concern.
We had Sunday brunch at Husk. Great experience! Food was so yummy. Service was perfect!
The food was fantastic! The service was a little slow but our server was great and we weren’t in a rush.
Beautiful restaurant but waiting for our order was well over an hour. My entree the barrel fish was overcooked but the veggies were goodGreat desserts saved the dinner.
Wonderful food and drinks. Really interesting decor in remodeled historic home. A must!
Waiter was less than enthusiastic. Took extended period of time to get drinks .
One of the best places to eat in a long time. Definitely recommend and would come back.
This was a very nice experience and the food was exceptional, especially the quinoa and lava bean side dish. We were wet, having been caught in the rain while arriving and were originally seated under air conditioning vents. Brrr cold! They were very accommodating in reseating us. We definitely would come again.
Great food and services. Highly recommend if you enjoy food!
My husband and I had dinner there during our vacation. Loved the food and the different than usual menu. Felt a little like our waiter didn’t care much, but otherwise, good.
Great dining experience. I can’t say enough good things. Must return.
Loved the food , service, cocktails & bourbon list
Scallops and Cobia were excellent! The waiter was extremely informative, aiding us in our ordering decision. As usual the cornbread was a highlight!
Beautiful booth, excellent food but Cassandra was not very friendly!
Wonderful farm to table dining. The list of food purveyors is displayed in the entry way. Charming old, gracious building. High ceilings. Bar is upstairs. Great ambiance. There is an elevator. Knowledgeable server. If you want huge portions, this is not the place for you, but the preparation is stellar.
Such a lovely experience for our honeymoon dinner. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious with unique but wonderful flavor combinations.
Food outstanding and service excellent. We will definitely come back for more memorable moments while in Savannah.
