Husk Farm Distillery is home to Husk Rum and Ink Gin.

Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm.

Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin.

We are Australia's first farm to bottle rum distillery set on 150 acres of beautiful cattle & cane farm - making spirits which reflect the land where we live.

A day at Husk Farm Distillery is a must-do when visiting the Northern Rivers. Husk is a short 20min drive from the Gold Coast, and 1.5hrs from Brisbane.

We recommend all first time guests book onto one of our 5 star distillery tours or experiences. Alternatively, make a reservation to enjoy cocktails, tasting flights and lunch.

Great venue and service, excellent drinks, but the food was not as spectacular as we have experienced in the past.

Beautiful setting with friendly service. The food was disappointing. Pork was overcooked and dry, the bread seemed stale, and the beetroot salad tasted like it came out of a can. The mocktails were like overly-strong cordial. An overpriced meal for the quality.

The gin tasting was fantastic, highly recommend. Our host was generous, knowledgeable and friendly. The gin was tasty and we received 5% off at the cellar door.

Our party of 5 had a great time and the guy who was attending our table was excellent especially in assisting us on choices from the menu. We had a fabulous time and the Gin tasting paddle was amazing. I would have no problem recommending The HuskDisillers Cellar Door.

The area is brilliant for kids, cocktails and drinks are brilliant, but the food is overpriced and not amazing (beats and bbq) so maybe eat beforehand.

This is my third time to Husk Distillery and it never disappoints. The food and service is outstanding. All the staff very knowledgeable on the history of Husk and proud to share that history. As we were celebrating my brothers special birthday, the staff went out of their way to accommodate the celebration and make it special for all of us.
