A SOPHISTICATED SOCIAL LOUNGE ON THE VIRGINIA BEACH OCEANFRONT Sip and savor in the distinctively styled Hunt Room, a historic social lounge in Virginia Beach that brings to life the intricate process of a brew house and distillery. Modern style is carefully fused with Southern charm into a polished interpretation of the fabled hearth rooms where men gathered to sip bourbon, warm by the fire and exchange stories of the hunt. Today, The Hunt Room is an intimate tavern tucked away in the heart of The Cavalier, serving simple cuisine inspired by rustic, old world traditions alongside hand-crafted cocktails, beers and wines.

                  My wife and I had dinner here for anniversary and it was great. Had preordered a bottle of champagne for the table it came out as soon as we arrived. Had oysters Rockefeller and then a filet and both were great. Service was excellent also. Would highly recommend

                  Excellent spot to have a delicious dinner paired with bourbon. The Poutine appetizer is probably the best thing we’ve ever tasted. All staff are very friendly and service is both quick and attentive.

                  It was great. All the food was outstanding and our server was exactly what you want in a server. We aren’t local, but we will be returning.

                  Service was excellent.Webt with all recommendations and was not disappointed. Soup, quail, pork, drinks, crab cake, upside down cake and flight were tremendous.

                  Really just needed after dinner drinks and desert. Live music that was barely audible over noise level. Neat environment, fun to be in. But a bit of a challenge to have a conversation
