   Casey easily great and shrimp were huge,filet mignon was perfect and made my wife’s birthday celebration very nice.

   Our first time at the Hunt Room. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary. It was like being in an actual hunter's club of yesteryear, with the decor and roaring fireplace. Service was first class, as was the food and drink. We will be back.

   We drive down to Virginia Beach once or twice a year and always get a drink at the hunt room. Yesterday, we had a full meal. The lobster in the lobster mac is the best that I’ve had. The duck was phenomenal. Their smoked old fashioned is, bar none, the best that I’ve ever had. I try old fashioneds around twice/month and have for years and none rival how good this one is at the Hunt Room. Our server, Miranda, was fantastic and very willing to help work with our dietary restrictions. 10/10 - I will go back as soon as I can.

    Disappointing food quality. Pork sirloin over done, raw redskin potatoes, old and woody asparagus. Wont go back for dinner. Nice rustic bar area was redeeming value with excellent bar service.
