   Our waitress took our order and then never came back, there was other waitresses attending to my table throughout the duration of my visit. Also, the price of the food doesn’t resonate with the presentation and portion of food given. The menu was limited to variety of choice and the options we did choose, we didn’t enjoy as it was too spicy and we was wrongly informed when ordering and we wasn’t happy with the price we paid for the portion sizes they serve (we were still hungry). I personally think you should get what you pay for and this wasn’t the case. The aesthetic of the restaurant was lovely and the drink options offer a wide variety, however other than that everything else was poor. I didn’t enjoy my experience, especially since we chose this restaurant for Mother’s Day based on the reviews seen online. When we asked to remove the service charge of nearly £30 we was questioned which was wrong as this isn’t compulsory to pay as a customer.

   A lovely evening celebrating with friends. Good choice of food on the menu. All 6 of us had something different for mains and we all were more than happy with our choice. Lovely ambience and friendly staff. Would recommend.

   Lovely decor, good menu and friendly staff. Food nice but not outstanding. Great for a local bite to eat

   Restaurant was overbooked and no effort made to move people on from their tables, so queued for 25mins beyond our reservation time. No communication or apology from rude staff. As no sign of a table becoming available we left without eating to find another restaurant therefore can’t comment on the food. Terrible service.

   Did the Valentine’s menu. Food was good. Service could be much better. Slow and forgetful.

   Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Service was painfully slow—starters took an hour, mains arrived cold another hour later, and desserts never came. Staff were more focused on filming social media content than actually serving customers. The place was overcrowded, and to top it off, they sneakily added tax twice, only correcting it when called out. Poor management, awful service—definitely not worth the money.

   Booked for valentine's meal based on recent reviews I'd read and the restaurant looked lovely. I arrived with my wife and 2 kids. It was a fixed menu, which looked nice. The waitress we got was a little hostile, which made us think about leaving immediately. It was over a simple request for getting the kids a main meal as the option for kids was pasta! It looked like the table next to us had the same issue. We ended up getting the meals we wanted after some back and forth. Overall, the food was ok. The service was not and I found it very expensive for value.

   We had a lovely good quality meal and all dishes were delicious. Service was helpful and friendly. We went at 5.30pm and it was quiet, getting busier by 7pm, which was ideal. The Virgin Mojito was very nice too. Thank you

    Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. Service good although forgot to bring one of the drinks. But the food was lacking in flavour and overall we were a bit disappointed with all our dishes.
