   Wonderful service and food!! We had the best staff. Our waiter was especially helpful! Our glasses of water stayed full and our food came out at a good time!

   Hualani's was the perfect place for our end of the year work gathering. We had a great server, great food and great atmosphere! I would encourage anyone to enjoy lunch at Hualani. Mahalo to Cory & his amazing staff!

   Everything was spectacular, the lobster is one of my favorites. All the food and flavors were incredible. Our waitress recommended an excellent wine and the entire support team was fabulous. I recommend it 200%.

   Maître D could hardly greet us. Took 20 minutes to get a cocktail -they said the bartender was backed up! One bartender for a packed restaurant? Lots of staff, but not well trained. Cannot clear dirty dishes on time off the table Nearby a lady spilled her drink, and no one noticed until we asked for help for the woman . Very expensive. Server was good, but was pulled in way too many directions .

   We usually go to Hualani for a special occasion dinner. Today, however, we treated ourselves to lunch on a beautiful afternoon. The ocean/lighthouse view from our lawn table was spectacular, it felt especially peaceful, we were well cared for by the staff, and our meal was delicious, as usual. We enjoyed a local beef burger, fries, and a kale Caesar salad, with the kale from their nearby organic farm. We love Hualani's!

   We visited Kauaʻi to celebrate our anniversary. The coconut shrimp was a highlight — very tasty and well-prepared. However, the ribeye, which was advertised as 45-day aged, was a disappointment. It may have been the way it was cooked, but honestly, the steaks we grill at home with Costco meat taste better. The meat was also heavily covered in sauce, which masked its natural flavor. The mai tai was much stronger than expected, to the point of being a bit overwhelming. On a positive note, the location is truly beautiful — overlooking the golf course’s signature hole, with stunning sunset views and a relaxed, romantic atmosphere. If you’re coming for the ambiance, you won’t be disappointed, but I would recommend keeping your food expectations modest. The brownie and ice cream they served at the end were excellent — definitely the best part of the meal. Overall, while we appreciated the setting, we likely would not return. It was a memorable experience overall, but for the food, there are better options on the island.
