On vacation for our honeymoon and it was my wife’s birthday so we tried Hualani’s. We received our appetizer and about 5 minutes later the main courses came. We weren’t done with the mains and they brought out a free dessert. That was nice but we started feeling very rushed. I understand being the last reservation and staff wanting to close for the night but the constant feeling of being rushed out the door kind of ruined the atmosphere and mood. Our server was very nice and the food was out of this world so thanks for that part at least.

We had a fabulous dinner - fresh and delicious ingredients and impeccable service. Was quite impressed on how attentive the manager was to be certain all was well at each table. View was beautiful as well!

Except for the 25-minute delay being seated, even with a reservation, everything else was excellent. Danielle, our server, was tops, the food was yummy, the drinks wonderful, and a pleasant ambience. It was a bit annoying that people arriving after us were seated before us.

Excellent food, and incredible views. We had dumplings dumplings, coconut, shrimp, and the whole Hawaiian fish and the bread pudding for dessert. Would definitely come back.

Lauryn was the worst waitress we have ever experienced anywhere !!! Truly awful !! Took order never came back to ck food drinks Nothing ! Place was almost empty. She had no other table that we could see her visit. The table next to us waitress was there 6 times. Our food was completely gone and we were still waiting for her. AWFUL !!!!! This is our GO TO PLACE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS…. But going to rethink that ! AWFUL !!!

Grabbed a last minute reservation to Hualani’s and didn’t regret it. Great atmosphere right on the ocean. Very nice bar. We were seated a few minutes after our arrival. My wife and I both had the braised short rib potstickers and they were to die for. The rosemary ciabatta bread was absolutely delicious. My wife had the blackened scallops and I ordered the misoyaki seabass which were both exceptional choices. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend when in Kauai.
