   The service, food, and ambiance was fantastic! I had the Bayou rolls and the Creole lobster pasta! Couldn’t get enough—delicious!!!

   Food and drinks were great, our server was amazing - I can’t remember her name but she had great recommendations- and whoever was in charge of the music was on point with all the early 2000’s jams. Vibes were right and would absolutely recommend!

   One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I personally ordered the Seafood Etouffee with their Cleveland Sazarac, and was blown away by how good the entire meal was. The wait staff was attentive, but not disruptive, and the space was extremely pleasant and classy, while not feeling stuffy. The restaurant not being far from Playhouse Square makes it a perfect location to enjoy a meal before a show. The only thing not quite as great is the cost. Not exactly the most affordable place, so if budget is a concern I recommend going elsewhere. However, you get what you pay for, and for special occasions I can't understate how good House of Creole is.

   We had the catfish and grits and the shrimp and grits. The creole sauce is DELICIOUS. My only complaint is that there was hardly any grits at all, I had to order a side of grits to add to the plate. For the price I was a little upset by that, but otherwise delicious and would definitely return. We also both had the Sazerac which was delicious and they are generous with their pours.

   Super good food! Started with Cajun wings, followed by char grilled oysters, entrees were seafood etoufee, and shrimp n grits. Everything was delicious 😋, but i could eat that shrimp n grits every day! Highly recommend this spot!
