House of Cards is Nashville’s most unique dining and entertainment experience. Located underground in a 10,000 sq. ft space, the venue offers an evening for guests unlike any other in the history of the South.
​House of Cards celebrates the art of magic, classic American cuisine and fine hand-crafted cocktails. Guests are encouraged to explore the dining room to enjoy the rare collections and be entertained by some of America’s top magicians. Complimentary tickets to magic performances in the showroom are included with purchase of a dinner entrée. Please, no outside bottles.

Reservations for parties of 6 or less can be made 14 days in advance through OpenTable. For parties of 7-12, please reserve 17 days in advance by emailing reservations@hocnashville.com.

Dress code strictly enforced. For dress code details, visit HOCNashville.com/reservations. No photography inside the restaurant. Reservations encouraged. Walk-ins welcome subject to availability and dress code.

    For my first time, it was very good! My wife and I chose House of Cards for our 2 year anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. The ambiance and service was excellent. The magic shows were professional and interactive. Top tier!

    Our server, Lillian paid great attention to us and was fantastic. BIG thanks to Cherie, Ronan, Emma and Connor for making it magical. Close up magic with Shadow and Kevin King was wonderful. Mark Brown’s theatre show left us guessing. 10/10

    The overall experience was stellar. The atmosphere and decor was spot on perfect to set a mood and bring you into the experience. We truly enjoyed the Dinner and Show, it was an incredibly immersive experience. The staff was friendly and attentive our waiter Jaime was super friendly and great with recommendations and his assistant Lilian was super attentive as well never letting our glass empty. The food was excellent, and adequately priced for Dinner and a show. The magicians were all incredibly talented and engaging . My wife found Ramtins Magic outside so entertaining and the live show was Artem on the main stage was so incredible with the show and crowd work funny and super talented. We highly recommend making a point to visit if you can,

    This was a great evening and experience for our special occasion. Our server, Matthew, did a great job making food and drink recommendations and provided excellent service. The food is amazing and the magicians are top notch! We will definitely be back to House of Cards again!

    Get drinks at the bar and watch the close-up magic - don’t waste your time/money on a table or show. Honestly had been waiting to go here for months. Have done the Chicago Magic Lounge way back when and loved it so was excited when I found out we had something similar. With that said, it did not live up to the expectations. The food is similar in price but not flavor to Husk or Kane ($$$$). The braised pork belly was tasty although slightly overcooked and hard to cut. The sirloin was by far the best thing we got - very tender and juicy. Sprung for the mushroom sauce Diane - really didn’t add anything to the flavor of the steak. The lamb was good and a good portion size. Would probably not get again. The Brussels sprouts and bacon jam could’ve been so much better. The cheesecake was great. The close up magic was awesome and exactly what you would expect. The place itself is well decorated and has plenty of little gimmicks to entertain while you walk around. It also is relatively tame the whole night as they seem to do a great job controlling how many people are in there at a time. Finally, the show was entertaining - but not magical. It was 20 min of humor, crowd interaction - and not much magic. If we ever go back we’ll definitely hit the bar for a drink and some close-up magic but not the $300 dinner and 20min skit.

    Very disappointed by the streak tartare. Blendest I have ever had. Make sure to put salt and pepper on the table... Also the amount of food in the plate VS. the price you pay is a little outreagous. Same for the cost of drinks! We did enjoy the atmosphere and the shows. The place is gorgeous and very unique. The service was great also.

    If you are looking for a unique experience perfect for a date night or special occasion this is it! We went for mine and my best friend's birthdays and everyone had a great time. It is pricey, but definitely worth it. I saw mixed reviews on the food, but don't listen to the bad ones. Our filets were perfect (get the mushroom diane sauce) and so was the porkchop and lobster mac and cheese. We each got a complimentary slice of lemon cake for our birthdays and it was delicious as well. The magicians were funny and entertaining and the servers were excellent. It was very fun to get dressed up as well!

    It was my 10th wedding anniversary so we wanted to do something nice and we knew this was going to be an expensive night out. The magic was really good and the show was fun. The waiter was well informed and knowledgeable. Restaurant looked clean and well kept so that's always good. Now to the not so great part. Our server recommended the scallops and they were probably the best scallops I've ever had hands down so we thought that would continue with our steaks. I ordered the $70 strip steak and my wife ordered the 100$ Wagyu Strip as recommended by our server. This is going to sound harsh but I've had a better steak at the Murfreesboro Texas Roadhouse. They were cooked perfectly and was juicy but had zero flavor and I mean a big fat Zero. If it wasn't for the Gouda topping and the raw horseradish I wouldn't have had anything to taste. My wife said hers was the same. We ordered the brussels sprouts and the lobster mac and cheese. I personally like the sprouts but my wife thought they were a little sweet (all fairness she isn't a sweet gal). The lobster mac and cheese was very dry and disappointing. We ordered the lemon pie/cake for dessert and it was pretty decent. All the negative comments on the food I'll say this that it wasn't the worst food I've ever had but when you drop $410 w/tip on dinner (no drinks) the expectations were pretty high (at least for us). We still had a good time and their were several positives for the evening. I must be honest and say we were highly let down on the food side of the experience.

    House of Cards is an experience. Plan to spend the entire evening and take advantage of all that it has to offer, the delicious menu, the eclectic ambiance, the photo opportunities including the selfie booth and patio fountain.     This was our first time and right away, a hostess explained how the evening would go and introduced us to our server, Matthew who was just wonderful.     The place was amazing! We wishes the magic show was a little longer but it was also the last of the night so we understood. The porkchop was dry but the drinks were amazing! It's definitely an experience to try out, get a cigar and smoke on the patio with a waterfall where you can take pictures

    My family of six had mixed reviews as it related to the food. The fish, frog legs, and lambshank were delicious. Vegetarian dishes were not desirable and too few options (sister ate vegetables and macaroni and cheese). I was disappointed with the lamb (no flavor). WE enjoyed the show and the many entertainment options while there; loved the ambiance! Great evening!
