Dined here on a Sunday night, so it wasn't very busy. We were seated immediately and the hostess provided us water while we waited for our server. Our server seemed to be having a bad day but wasn't rude. We ordered drinks and waited, probably, 15 minutes to get them, which wasn't too bad. I ordered the beast of bourbon, which I think was meant to be an old fashioned or Sazerac. It was terrible. I mean really bad. My wife ordered the mule cocktail, which she said she liked. We ordered the Cajun shrimp po-boy, gumbo, chargrilled oysters, yardbird, and smash burger. The shrimp in the po-boy was bland and overcooked; nothing Cajun about it at all. The gumbo was surprisingly decent, and my wife really liked the oysters. The yardbird was a decent chicken sandwich, nothing special. The smash burger wasn't smashed at all, but my daughter seemed to like it. The live jazz (Nina Hungerland) was really fun. All in all, probably the only visit for us.

Waitstaff, music and food was exceptional. Dined inside to stay cool and was still able to enjoy the live music playing outside in the Voodoo lounge. Would definitely recommend and come back next time in New Orleans

It is beautifully decorated, with nice waiters and staff. The manager is always walking around. Food is delicious. The music adds the perfect touch to what New Orleans is all about.

Drinks were nice and good was alright but was all overpriced for what you got. Things would need to be more affordable pricing if they want anyone to visit this place in a regular or order a substantive amount.

Our server was great. The hostess was awesome. The food and drinks were HORRIBLE. Never again. We ordered the oysters, nachos, a margarita and some other drink too terrible to remember. If I could give a negative I would.

We ate in the Voodoo lounge. The bar staff was excellent. The atmosphere was energetic. The food was very good. Finished off with Kermit Ruffins in the HOB concert hall.

Food was ok. No Blues at all or jazz. Weird experimental music that was more noise than any music
