   Overall experience was excellent but I would suggest more vegan options because not all vegans want a burger. Especially when there are such great recipes that could become vegan on their menu. I really want the cajun pasta but was unable to because they couldn't change it.

   First time to Cleveland and to the House of Blues. The selection of food was nice, not too much to chose from. And they all sounded good. I had the gumbo and po'boy with fries. The drinks are a bit pricey but tht is expected. Good experience overall!

   Although we had reservations, we could not be seated promptly. When finally seated, we were put outside in 60-degree weather. After sitting for 20 minutes with no server, we just left. It was disappointing.

   The dinning area wasn’t very busy upon arrival. We did wait almost 10 minutes for our drinks. We then had questions about the fast passes for the show we were seeing, which were given to us but with no explanation. We ended up asking other people as we were passing by. Our food came out fairly quickly & was very good. No condiments or salt & pepper are on the tables. Which we then had to wait again quite a while for our server to return & then again to return with those items. As a typical bar would have most liquors, the first 3 I asked for to get a shot. They did not have. Once I got the shot, it was huge. Which was great especially for the cost (16.50). We watched multiple people come in to dine & they all sat for a while (5-10 minutes) before being greeted by a server. When we went to get in line for the show, we stopped by the bar to grab another drink, even with having two bartenders & maybe 4-6 people sitting at the bar. It took entirely too long for a beer (draft) & seltzer. Which is canned. I gave my card to the bartender when he returned it. There was nothing to sign with. Another bartender was making a drink & I said “could I ask you something” & she rudely said, I’m sorta busy right now but what? I said well I needed something to sign this with. Can you just add 20% gratuity to it. (Line for entry to the show was beginning to move) she was like uh I guess, but wait I need you to atleast sign this. Which I did, in pencil. Bartenders should always have ridiculous amounts of pens for signing tabs next to their register. Not to say this will deter me from giving it another shot. Just wasn’t overall impressed.

    Waitress was interested in anything but her job! Never came to see if we wanted refills, and when we left she and several other servers were standing in the way of the exit and did not move to let people out.

    Went before Bruce and pumped for show. Food good. Waitress spilled ketchup over one guest’s coat and he was upset. But we got him cleaned up!

    They didn't seem to be able to find my reservation but we were ok sitting at the bar. There wasn't any entertainment at the time we were there but the website said there would be. We didn't eat anything because the small bite selection was small. We had 3 beers and left. I thought $8 for a corona was too expensive for basically a happy hour time frame.

    The food and the service was amazing. The only problem was it was so loud in our room. The girls around us where loud and rude. But I don’t blame HOB for that. Would 100% come back again. The voodoo shrimp was AWESOME. would love to see it on the menu as a pasta dish.

    Stuck in Cleveland for the weekend between meetings in the area, I landed at this friendly bar where the young staff made me feel at home and took some of the edge off the loneliness of one stranded business traveler. The music was good, too.

    Only dined here in order to have the opportunity to cut the line and enter the concert venue prior to doors opening for the public. Food and service a disappointment. Will not return as there are so many other options around this location that offer a better dining experience.

    We had a reservation and were seated immediately in a space that instantly draws your eyes and imagination with all the artwork and decor. Douglas was our server and had a great personality. We each ordered a signature cocktail hat was delicious and our entrees (shrimp poboy and cajun chicken/pasta) were great. Very pleased. Cheers!

    HOB is a classic staple. Could possibly use a menu update but there's an overall nice selection and prices are reasonable for the portions and quality. Wife had the steak and I had the pasta; could have made two meals from the pasta.

    Our server was prompt attentive and friendly. The food was delicious; we had the juicy lucy and the shrimp and grits. We made our reservation to get faster access to a concert and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the restaurant itself.

    Service was slow on the barkeep end of things, made us late getting into the venue so we had to settle for crappy standing area instead of where I planned on being. The jambalaya was sitting in a oil dump. More than likely I will not be returning since there really is zero advantage. High prices for mediocre food and services, and not getting into the venue any earlier then if I would have waited at the door out front.
