Slow service. Had to ask for glasses to be brought over when we ordered a pitcher of limeade. Appetizers and soup came out quick and hot but no plates. His meatloaf was delicious. My potatoes and beans were hard and everything room temp. Manager made it right and we are willing to try dining here again

Used daughter’s birthday coupon.went at Happy Hour for special drink prices and appetizers and then had dinner. One of our favorite places. Please give it a try. There are only 2 left in Ohio.

We sat on the patio which is beautiful with flowers and trees.
We always ask for Thomas as our waiter. He is attentive, accomodating and always in a pleasant mood.
I took my mom here for her birthday dinner, we sat on the patio. The outdoor bar was closed, and we were sat where all the outdoor heaters and extra items for the patio are stored so it wasn’t exactly a nice view, but the service and food was excellent. I would definitely visit again!

The food was outstanding. We had the stuffed mushrooms, scallops and risotto, and the Panko shrimp. But when we first arrived at the restaurant, we were told that the restaurant didn't take reservations. This was news to us because I have been making reservations here before. So why are they even using Open Table? We had wanted to sit on the patio but would take either and were told that it would be 30 minutes. So we decided to wait at the bar and ordered 2 glasses of wine. After about 20 minutes the hostess told us a table inside the restaurant was open but we told her we would wait for the patio. And when we asked how long, she said it would be 30 minutes. After she walked away we decided to just order and eat at the bar because we had already waited 20 minutes and now we were told we'd have to wait another 30 min. Of course as soon as we ordered at the bar, a table outside became available so we told everyone we wanted to move outside. This was good with the hostess and bartender. Once we sat outside, our new server seemed to have an attitude due to the fact that we had ordered inside. Then, I had a $15 off coupon for my half-birthday which she told we couldn't use because we had ordered one meal from the $21.99 prixe fix menu. I thought that policy was not correct since the menu doesn't state that you can't use a coupon with the price fix menu. She did get the manager to give us the $15 credit but when she dropped off the new bill she threw it on the table. Totally unacceptable! We always tip on the total bill without a coupon but she screwed herself with her attitude; we only gave her $5.
As usual the food was very good the service was excellent

Very accommodating in regards to social distancing. Sat 6 of us at table for 8-10 outdoors. Great waitress. She split bottles of wine on checks and provided just the right amount of attention.
I brought my family of four out for a celebration. We sat on the patio, a favorite place or ours to dine.
Margaritas were advertised as discounted. I asked for the top shelf and received a horrible drink of sour mix and water. The next drink that came as a replacement was perfect.
The fried mushrooms were overcooked; that has never happened before. The fish tacos as well. Two small, wiry pieces of fish inside a wrap with lettuce. Not cabbage.
Our waitress was superb and her assistant (mentor?) was even better, quick to replace my drink and tell my sons that alcohol is important in a mixed drink and I wasn’t being rude to ask for a better mix😉
Sadly the food was subpar. We won’t return for a long while.
Everything was perfect, and this was a reunion of friends who hadn't been together in more than 15 years. Thank you for providing the best setting for our evening.
Experience at Houlihan’s was on par with the restaurants in our area with the COVID state that we are in. It had been quite some time since we were at this Houlihan’s location. Tables are spaced out and staff is respectful of the social distancing guidelines. Food and service were both very good.

Well it was not as we wished ... that is why the low star's ... we left. No one was there either, which was good for the CoVid situation, but I worried about the turn over of food ..... too! Please do not post this.
Four of us had dinner. Wonderful weather, nice sitting outside enjoying a good meal.
Patio is very nice. Food was okay - soup and salad lunch special was nothing special. Service was good. Would recommend for outside dining.
This place is quickly becoming one of my favorite places the manager took care of us tonight it waited on us she was excellent she remember a whole order without even writing anything down and took care of us like we were kings and queens
Lunch on the patio was wonderful. Beautiful plants, nice trees and comfortable seating made it a great dining experience.

Patio seating was perfect. Tables appropriately spaced, all servers wore masks, receptionist had us wear mask while in restaurant walking to patio. Very pleased how COVID guidelines operationalized at Houlihan’s. Service was great.

Houlihans had access to my phone number and could of called me and informed me that reservations NOT accepted on patio!! Chicken sandwich drowned in Dijon sauce- it was NASTY! New French Fries SUCKS! Where did you go across the street to McDonald’s and get them🍟🍟🍟?
The patio was perfect for safe dining at this time. Very pleasant area, felt private. Food and service good as always! Looking forward to returning, as always a great place to meet friends.

We were seated on the patio at Houlihan's Westlake and it was a very good experience. They have done a great job with social distancing and sanitizing of tables. Food was very good and our waitress was great......very efficient and friendly. Would definitely return.
We used a coupon for Fish and Ships that came in my email. The portion was large and the food was fabulous! It was a great deal!!

Sat out on the patio for Father's Day - the right amount of social distancing and precaution to make me feel (mostly) comfortable. Food was excellent, and the service was very good.
I have been to this restaurant many times and it is one of my favorites; however I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated when I checked in for our Fathers Day dinner reservation. I had specifically requested outdoor seating in my reservation, which I also reconfirmed the day prior to arriving. When we were greeted, we were told that only inside tables were available and that we would need to wait at least 30 minutes until an outdoor table could be cleared. I could not understand this since we actually arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time and the party ahead of us who did not have reservations was promptly seated on the patio. What is the purpose of making a reservation if the restaurant won’t honor it when you arrive? We sent an email to the restaurant expressing our frustration with the situation and were sent a canned response saying that they hope we will be back. I can say with confidence that we will not.
They are not honoring open table reservations but their corporate office will not disable the option. You won't find this out until you arrive.
We had a most enjoyable lunch at Houlihan's this past week.
Food is decent and service is very good. Patio is first come, first seated-no reservations.
Our server was excellent. Let's get that right. She was on top of everything and not at fault. We were slightly disappointed with the menu changes. But we completely understand the need to simplify. The breaded mushrooms are money. The kitchen had to refire our entrees causing a long delay. Then one of the steaks was still a little overdone. Some of the beans were a little underdone. There's a fine line, and a difference in flavor, between raw and crunchy. Neither will keep us from returning though.
Houlihans does not recognize your web site as to making reservations. We had to wait for a open table. Therefore there is little reason to use the website.
