Unfortunately the delivery of food from the kitchen was very slow and a mixup on an order took for ever to be corrected.

Jennifer was our waitress and it was also her birthday and we had the best food and time ever We go to Houlihan at least once a month, the food is always amazing and the service exceptional! We love Houlihans and their dedicated servers (Amanda) & Jennifer) P Please let them know that we love their hard work !

under staffed for the hoilday...not busy but service was slow from kitchen and server had too many tables and forgot things...she was very nice with being overwhelmed...

The chicken parm was too tangy and the noodles and sauce were clappers, the flavor of the noodles was bland. I would not get this dish again. Our waitress was nice and engaging but gave us the wrong ticket and made a few minor mistakes during the meal. Overall it was a bit disappointing.

Great service, attentive and efficient but never bothersome. A nice place for a relaxed lunch and visit. I do miss the spinach power salad that used to be on the menu. Definitely need a broader salad menu. The lettuce wrap was good and so was the chicken tortilla soup.

We had a reservation at 4:00 for the outside patio, which was great and we were promptly seated. Our waitress notified us that the food service was very slow and to expect it to take longer than normal. She was correct, it was much longer than normal, but longer than what I would consider reasonable for this type of restaurant. We were there almost 2 hours for a table of 4. Our waitress was also not as attentive and we ran out of water multiple times. She seemed to forget about certain things to bring and we had to ask for napkins and utensils. I feel there should have been a voucher or discount provided for the longer than usual time and slow service. There was also a table near us that ended up leaving because they weren't receiving service (besides water) at the point that they left. The quality of the food was good! We are repeat customers and will be back, but wanted to provide honest feedback.

I think some days like today they are overwhelmed for instance the manager brings out our appetizer without plates for each of us I asked him to and he never did just poor customer service. Panko shrimp almost burnt overcooked Cleanliness under the tables were really bad. So we will choose something of more quality.
