   We had a reservation at 4:00 for the outside patio, which was great and we were promptly seated. Our waitress notified us that the food service was very slow and to expect it to take longer than normal. She was correct, it was much longer than normal, but longer than what I would consider reasonable for this type of restaurant. We were there almost 2 hours for a table of 4. Our waitress was also not as attentive and we ran out of water multiple times. She seemed to forget about certain things to bring and we had to ask for napkins and utensils. I feel there should have been a voucher or discount provided for the longer than usual time and slow service. There was also a table near us that ended up leaving because they weren't receiving service (besides water) at the point that they left. The quality of the food was good! We are repeat customers and will be back, but wanted to provide honest feedback.

   I think some days like today they are overwhelmed for instance the manager brings out our appetizer without plates for each of us I asked him to and he never did just poor customer service. Panko shrimp almost burnt overcooked Cleanliness under the tables were really bad. So we will choose something of more quality.

   The restaurant was quite busy since it was Mother’s Day but our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious and hot. We always loved eating at Houlihan’s for all our special occasions .

   I can't rate it as outstanding. I made reservations for 7 people at 4PM. They didn't have our table ready. The hostess spent almost 5 minutes talking to a server and then really didn't know how to set a table for 7. She thought we could squeeze 7 people sitting at two tables. The hostess didn't seem to know what she was doing. It took longer than expected to get seated. There were only two other guests sitting at tables and the bar area wasn't full. We were wondering why it took so long.

   Our prime rib was good. The potatoes were cold. I like the food,I wish they would get the food put hot.
