Really helpful nice waitress took our order and was super attentive our entire visit.

Only downside is the toilets could be cleaner but apart from that definitely worth the visit

Overall delicious experience, maybe we ordered a tiny bit too much food as the portions are quite generous. Everything was just at the right temperature and the poached eggs were the perfect kind of runny.
Cocktails were superb, the balance was just right especially the Amalfi Margarita I had to have 2!
Our waitress was on point and always there when we needed her, and the timing from the kitchen was spot on. A place we will visit again very soon!

I had been here before and it unfortunately declined significantly in quality. I found two hairs in my main meat dish and it was over cooked. I was disappointed as it is a meat restaurant so the meat needs to be top notch. The meat dish had 5 different kinds of meat and only one was fringing on not over cooked. Especially with the pricing I expect a higher standard.
There are better bbq places for similar price so unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was nice though and the waitresses were very attentive and helpful.

Upon arrival we found out that the restaurant had changed their menu to a Halloween special selection. This was very annoying as this was not advertised prior to my arrival and booking.

Seating has very little leg room. It is uncomfortable.

They opened earlier because our booking was at 5pm (normal open time was 6pm) that was really appreciated. The food and service were of great quality. Polite staff and great drinks! Will go again and definitely recommend

Heard good stuff about this place but was very disappointed,brunch menu on a Sunday afternoon ! Also found to be very expensive for what was served up.

Delicious food & great drinks on the bottomless brunch drinks package. Good social distancing measures, feels very safe. Overall 10/10 would recommend - get the deep fried Oreos they are incredible!!!!

Pleased we visited Hotbox. Cocktails were nice, food was average , menu sounds interesting but a little underwhelming in reality. Ice creams were good case in point, sounded great but were a real disappointment. Service was good. Liked the ambiance .

The food here is very good. The portions are HUGE though. I mean really huge. I couldn’t even eat half of the food on my plate , despite it being tasty. I don’t think anyone can eat the amount of food served with each dish- cutting the portion size would make a lot of sense .

The atmosphere is somewhat lacking, but I guess that’s COVID times for you. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Actually quite a nice place! There weren't many people which was great for two. The waitress was lovely and made sure we were comfortable. The food was much more than I was expecting and filled me for £11. Would definitely come back!

Went for bottomless brunch - never had to ask for the glasses to be topped up, they were very attentive. Food was DELICIOUS and my friend and I could have definitely stayed for another couple of hours if our time hadn't run out.

Excellent spot for people who love American food! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we were not disappointed!

I was expecting bigger things tbh. The food was average. I had seen the photos of it really excited to go and the platter was half the size of the images advertised. The sausage looking nothing like that and everything was double. The price was very spenny for what it was having been to other smoke houses this isn’t a strong. The Resturant itself was very average nothing special felt like a canteen I wouldn’t go there again, we went for the 50% off and defo would spend anymore than that.

Service was good and staff were friendly. Drinks and cocktails tasted nice and were readily available. However food was poor. Every dish was swimming in oil and all dishes has the same flavour.

Very delicious food and great service. Liked the vibes inside too, was nice and relaxed.
