The Hoppy Gnome menu will focus on fresh ingredients, striving to exceed the dining expectations of our guests. We feature a “scratch” kitchen which gives us a unique capability to cater to the many needs and desires of our guests. Tacos are our focus but we are much more, the taco is simply the delivery vehicle for the culinary creations wrapped inside. You’ll see everything from duck confit, to korean short rib, to a basic “taqueria” style taco. The menu will rotate two to four times a year, and in addition to tacos; appetizers, salads and tortas will round out the menu. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

    I had a dinner date with my youngest daughter, followed by a trip to the ballet. The atmosphere was awesome, the food was tremendous, and we topped it off with churros for dessert. It was a perfect evening, and we will definitely be back.

    Our waitress Gabby was great! Calm and friendly service on a busy Mother’s Day. Chef prepared nice tacos from the scratch kitchen to accommodate a food allergen.

    Amazing food. Don’t miss the ahi tuna appetizer. All the tacos we tried were outstanding. Wish we lived in the area. As it is, when we come back through in a few days, that’s where we’ll head for dinner.

    I used to love this restaurant, however, over the past couple of years they keep changing their menu and ingredients to be cheaper. I'd rather pay more for good food than have the menu items cheapened. Every time I go, I tell myself I'm not going back. They also used to have the most amazing chips. Now they're really oily and just not good. They used to have a great fish taco, now it's just cod. Everything has gone downhill. I miss the old Hoppy Gnome

    Great food and service. I had some of their signature tacos that were delicious. My guest had a salad that was simple yet really good. Fun atmosphere as well.

    We came because of the vegan options. The kitchen staff even came out to explain how they would veganize the tacos. The food was amazing! Would like to see a vegan dessert option. We will be back!

    Food was great…as always. Service was actually better then expected considering it was Valentine’s Day and a world that doesn’t want to work. And the grapefruit beer was nice and cold and amazing!!

    We had a great dinner with our kids. Evan took great care of us, and just in general all the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent, and we love the new tacos we tried—though we’re glad our old favorites were still there. HG is a real favorite and we are always glad to come back.

    Good food. Good company. Great staff. The Philly steak taco was awesome. Barbacoa a close second. Wife had a sangria and we shred guacamole dip which was fresh. One of our go to places in Fort Wayne and it is also a great experience.

    Good place for a casual meal. The tacos are good size and there is a variety. Salads are also good. Vegetarians, pescitarins, and meat lovers should be able to find something to please. The house beer is okay but the guest taps are better. Also has cocktails and NA choices. Go for the food.
