The Hooley Pub & Kitchen (formerly the House Sports Pub & Grille) was founded in 2008 by John Reece and Ward Lawson, two thirty-year veterans in the food service industry with a passion for great tasty food and legendary service. Together, with the support of their families, they created a family friendly, party-like Irish-American sports bar. Supported by a pool of investors comprised of family and friends, they have expanded their privately owned, unique concept to five locations throughout the northeast Ohio area.

So thankful to have a restaurant with staff mindful of food allergies. Our server was very nice and reassuring. Our party of 9 were overall extremely satisfied with their meals and laid back atmosphere.

Our waitress said she was new and she did a good job. We both ordered the boxty which was good. I would suggest more corned beef and the potato pancakes crispier. There was a lot on the plate so we took it home. Made the potato pancakes crispy with bacon and eggs....excellent.

Food was good as well as service but table and chairs were worn out, crooked and I had to swap my chair out since the seat was ripped up.

Great atmosphere. Staff moved quickly to accommodate those on the patio when a rain shower popped up. They got everyone inside and moved all the food. Great job

As always the staff at the Hooley is fantastic. They dealt with a large crowd that was there for the live music on the patio and they did amazing. The food is great and came out pretty quickly even with the large number of people there. Always recommend them!

We had not been in awhile and found it to be disappointing. Sat outside on the patio- birds nest on top of tv’s, which weren’t working, lights hanging down over some of the tables, trash on the floor, weeds coming up through the ground. Food was mediocre.
