   The food was outstanding! We had the daily special opakapaka sashimi and the monjong fish for a main. Can’t say enough about how delicious it was and the restaurant itself was so beautiful. Higher recommended.

   Another outstanding dining experience at Honu. If you are fortunate enough to be offered the Chef's Monchong don't pass it up. This dish is out of this world amazing each and every time. We also tried their 2018 Freemark Abbey Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. If you like a deep, bold cab, this is for you. Excellent customer service is always the standard at Honu.

   We ordered 2 Makers Mark Manhattans to start which was prepared perfectly by Gianna, one of our favorite mixologists at Honu. We shared the Burrata for an appetizer and it was sublime! We each ordered the Mong Chong seafood special of the evening which, Chef Arnie who was chef at Lahaina Grill, planned for the night. The Mong Chong which is mild and tender with a buttery flavor, was plated, surrounded by spinach risotto, a tomato sauce (which I can't remember its description) and all top with two grilled shrimp. The special was absolutely incredible! We ended our dinner with the espresso martini that has Bailey's in it. Our dinner was one of the best we had on the island this year! Don't hesitate to dine at the fabulous Honu Oceanside when you visit Maui!

   Hostes was very cordial and seated us at a prime table location. Our server was very attentive and was prompt with our requets. Beautiful views! Parking space is limited. However, it was a great dining experience.

   Wonderful restaurant, service, & the food was fantastic. Great ocean views from all tables. Hawaiian waterfront dining at its best.

   Best restaurant to date! The food was amazing. Must try the pizza. The views are to die for. Turtles swam right up to the shore while we were eating.
