   As a mom of a 12 year old with Celiac Disease going out to eat is always something that makes me feel stressed. I'm often nervous that there won't be options for him and feel guilty that he has to settle for things he doesn't really want. HOME was incredible! They had an entire GF menu - and indicated a GF fryer, so he was able to things he's been missing. There were a bunch of other things he wanted to try so we will definitely be back (over and over).

   Joined some friends for dinner here. Lots of street and off-street parking. Friendly wait-staff. Good service. Very good food. Nice selection of wine and brew. Overall a wonderful evening out. It can get loud.

    I found Home restaurant on an allergy blog and was excited to try it. My son has a nut allergy. The food was excellent. I wouldn’t say that they were overly aware or cautious with regards to allergies but my son ate without a problem. I thought it was weird they had a peanut butter drink on the menu as advertising they are peanut free but overall it was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meal.

    The appetizer Gen Tao’s Brussels sprouts were delicious but we ordered our burgers medium rare and they both were overcooked. I didn’t say anything because it was our first time. Was still good I made reservations later that day for four. Also the bartender and drinks were great. See you soon.

    Our server, Alannah, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, and was able to suggest appetizers, entrees, and dessert that didn’t disappoint. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We would definitely visit Home Restaurant again!

    Food was delicious, multiple requested menu substitutions made for both preferences and allergies were perfectly and cheerfully accomodated. Server was pleasant, attentive but not overly intrusive during our evening. All in all, a fantastic evening out!

    We moved two years ago from lower Fairfield County and have been looking for a comfortable and affordable restaurant with exceptional service and above all delicious food. Home hit a “home run” with us on all fronts. We had the best burger we have ever had! Dont miss the plate of Brussel sprouts piled high! Go for the 2$ focaccia…totally worth it. I need generous portions! This will be our go to restaurant in the future!

    The brunch menu was rather limited and I would’ve liked more breakfast options to choose from. Disappointed that there were no omelette options. The burger with the onion jam was delish though and the service we received was incredible. Our waitress was very attentive. I’d definitely come back!

    We were a big party, almost no one finished their meal. The gluten free risotto was too spicy. The brisket sandwich was dry. The brocoli appetizer was the biggest hit. The eggplant fritters were light and lovely. They are careful about celiac customers.

    First the good: the restaurant was willing to deal with my wife’s finicky eating habits. The prices of the offerings were slightly lower than we’re used to (except for a $12.50 slice of chocolate cake). The bad: the background is progressive jazz which we hate. That’s our taste. If a diner likes this jazz, played slightly louder than normal, he or she will be happy. Secondly, the young woman who waited on us was visibly annoyed when we asked the prices of the desserts. She had to go find her notes, and she was not happy. All in all, the service was casual and barely professional, The room was almost empty in the large dining room—only three table in use.

    Love the fact that they have the loud energy at the bar, the moderately noisy casual side with the sofas, and a quiet back area for quiet dinners. Food was great - "Popeye's" chicken sandwich and "Big Mac" mac and cheese for the teenage boy that didn't want to come here, vegan options for the wife and daughter and interesting seafood and meat options. All delicious. Love the eclectic ever-changing menu. Desserts were fantastic. Service was excellent.

    What a wonderful brunch! There were 7 of us celebrating my son’s 1st birthday. They gave us a perfect table with plenty of room for the high chair and stroller. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They were an absolute delight and certainly added to the overall amazing experience. The food was delicious! We ordered a bunch of options to share and everything did not disappoint! The biscuits and gravy were to die for! The peach and pistachio donuts were heavenly! Cannot wait to go back and have dinner and will for sure be back for brunch! Thank you to the entire staff!

    Home is a nice place with a good menu, service and good food! The food was well presented and tasty. It has a warm and friendly feeling in the dining room answer there is also a cozy bar area. Good place for a nice meal.

    I brought my nieces who are leaving for college to Home for brunch. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! We all had a hard time choosing from their very unique and interesting menu. I don’t think you can go wrong, here, honestly. Food came out hot and everything was well seasoned and tasty.
