For the cost, wait time standing in line, and taste of food definitely not worth it. Highly recommend elsewhere.
Buffet with servers due to covid. Long buffet line that kept us within too close proximity to non-masked diners. Food portions small, food was lukewarm. Server took drink order and disappeared for an hour.
Incredible dinner, service and value. Other patrons were not necessarily respectful of their surroundings (i.e.,allowing children to run around unsupervised and walk on dining table) but that is no fault of the Homestead and gave us stories to tell for years.
Amazing quality and variety of food in one of the most beautiful dining rooms I’ve ever seen. It was fun imagining the people and events celebrated in that room over the last century. It was superb in every way.
Hat's off to the Culinary and Pastry department's along with the wait staff. And a shout out to the Convention set up crew. The Food and Beverage department did a finalminal job as always insuring everyone had a fantastic time.
Christmas dinner. Great food!
with specific expectations. While the concept is great, the actual event was pricey when you consider the amount of dinner that you could actually eat. There was little available seating, the layout was not conducive to easy access, and the number of beverage booths far outnumbered the food vendors.
We went to the Taste of the Region. Delicious selection of local food. The band was fantastic. The variety of drinks was exciting.
Brunch altho quite lovely and superbly prepared would have been more enjoyable in a less cavernous room that was better suited for a convention than an Easter celebration.
Loved our time at the Omni Homestead Resort. We chose to do the dinning event for labor day and it is not something I would do again based on the cost. Lots of options for food but the cost was extremely high for the food. The restaurants on property are so much better and more reasonably priced.
Lots of food, a whole lot of food! And it was all yummy! Can't wait to do this event again next year.
